The episode begins with Mannat preparing breakfast for Shruthi. Shruthi expresses her desire to attend the Mezbani event that day, emphasizing how offering food to orphans is a divine blessing. She ties a kala dhaga on Mannat’s wrist to ward off evil and protect her from negative energy. Suddenly, some milk spills, which Shruthi considers a bad omen. She fears something unfortunate might happen, but Mannat brushes it off. Mallika, however, feels Shruthi is right.
Meanwhile, Mallika discusses her plan with Puneet—they want to frame Mannat for a mishap. Puneet warns that no one should reach Mezbani before him. At the same time, Mallika pretends to apologize to Vikrant for doubting him. She claims her suspicion stemmed from insecurity and admits she knows he was forced to marry her. She asks Neetu to convince Vikrant to give her a chance. Vikrant says he forgives her, and Kiran also apologizes for being rude. Mallika then suggests attending the event with the whole family to impress clients. Vikrant agrees but says he can’t wait long because the weather is bad. Mallika worries this might disrupt her plan.
Later, Aishwarya offers to help Mallika, but Mallika coldly refuses, making it clear that nothing has changed between them. Meanwhile, Puneet—disguised—spots Shalini in the kitchen. Since she doesn’t recognize him, he sends her out and plans to mix poison into the sugar. Meanwhile, Mannat welcomes the orphan children, gives them chocolates, and leads them inside. Vikrant encourages Aditya and walks in with him. Mallika appears anxious during the puja. When Aishwarya questions her, she stays silent.
As Puneet is about to mix the poison, Derick accidentally bumps into him, causing the poison to spill. Puneet manages the situation and texts Mallika, saying the plan failed—Derick ruined it and he has no poison left. He suggests canceling the plan.
However, Mallika refuses. She says she won’t miss the opportunity to get Mannat arrested. As Mannat joyfully serves sweets to the children and even feeds Vikrant, Mallika watches with growing jealousy. Neetu is irritated, but Roni calms her down and warns her not to cause a scene. Mallika hands new poison to Puneet and instructs him to mix it. Puneet hesitates—he’s unsure about the dosage and fears harming the children. Mallika reassures him, insisting a small amount won’t do serious harm. He says it can’t be mixed in sugar due to the color, so they decide to mix it into the wheat flour instead.
Unaware of this, Mannat informs Vikrant that the wheat flour is finished. She convinces him to get more from Pintu uncle’s vendor, assuring him of its quality. Vikrant, though skeptical, agrees. Later, Varun’s boss gives Pintu uncle a lift, and Mannat thanks him for his timely help.
As Mannat begins cooking with the poisoned wheat flour, Mallika silently vows to make her pay for challenging her. Mannat serves the food to the children and shares her joy with Gagan and Shruthi. Suddenly, the children collapse. Mannat is devastated. Mallika smirks in satisfaction. When Vikrant asks Mannat what happened, she replies in shock that she doesn’t know. Mallika discreetly messages Puneet, who celebrates with Raveena, believing their plan has succeeded.
