The episode begins with Om getting ready for his first day at the office. Isha lovingly helps him dress up, ensuring he looks his best. At the office, Om is welcomed by the bellboy, who shows him to his desk. He lights up with excitement upon seeing his nameplate and immediately video calls Isha to share the moment. Isha, waiting for an interview at another office, becomes emotional seeing Om’s joy.
Soon, Isha is called in for her interview—unaware that it’s Dhruv who orchestrated the entire setup. The interview takes place at Dhruv’s company, and the interviewer follows instructions from Dhruv through headphones. Dhruv directs him to keep the interview short and realistic so as not to raise any suspicion. Isha is asked only a few basic questions, including her salary expectations. She is then offered the job with a monthly salary of ₹50,000. Overjoyed, she is asked to join the next day.
Back at Om’s office, the bellboy mentions a frequent visitor who had close ties with the previous officer. Om permits the man to meet him. The visitor introduces himself and takes Om out for tea under the pretext of building a rapport. His real intention, however, is to bribe Om for favorable treatment. During their conversation, Om notes issues in the man’s file and warns him to address them to avoid delays.
The man, having researched Om’s background, attempts to bribe him with an envelope full of cash, citing Om’s possible financial struggles. He hands over both the file and the envelope and prepares to leave. However, Om calls him back, returns the money, and firmly tells him that he is not the kind of government officer who takes bribes. As Acharya’s son, he says, he’s been taught to follow the right path and will continue to do so.
Meanwhile, Gayatri returns home from work looking visibly stressed. She asks Janki to fetch her balm from upstairs and give her a head massage. Despite her difficulty with the stairs, Janki obliges. When Om arrives and sees this, he gets upset, but Janki calms him by saying she often does the same for Ragini and sees Isha as her daughter, so there’s nothing wrong in helping her.
Om shares the details of his first day with his parents. Isha soon returns and, upon hearing about his moral stand, expresses her pride in him. She adds that she always believed he’d never stray from the right path again. She then shares her own happy news—about landing a new job. Ecstatic, Om lifts her in his arms before they both suddenly feel shy and awkward.
Watching this from a distance, Gayatri seethes internally. She considers Isha and Om’s happiness as another defeat for herself and silently vows that she won’t let them win—or let Ram Bhavan slip out of her control.
