The episode begins with Om questioning Isha about Dhruv’s phone call. Isha explains that Dhruv only called to return his wallet. Om, however, suspects that Dhruv was just looking for an excuse to contact her. Isha, confused and defensive, asks how she could possibly know his intentions and questions why Om is speaking to her this way.
At the breakfast table, Gayatri silently observes the tension and begins playing a podcast about relationship issues on speaker, making pointed comments clearly directed at Om and Isha. Annoyed, Om demands Isha send him Dhruv’s address immediately and storms out, heading to Dhruv’s office.
Meanwhile, Dhruv is alone in his office, reminiscing about his moments with Isha the night before. Smiling, he looks at photos of the two of them on his phone. Just then, Om barges in. Dhruv offers him a seat, but Om cuts straight to the point, rudely asking why he felt the need to “save” him. He also questions why Dhruv contacted Isha about the wallet when he could’ve just called him instead.
Dhruv tries to explain that Om is misunderstanding the situation, but Om doesn’t let up. He demands Dhruv hand over his phone and, upon unlocking it, Om sees photos of Dhruv with Isha. Furious, he lashes out, accusing Dhruv of being shameless for keeping pictures of another man’s wife. Om forces Dhruv to delete every photo of Isha from his phone.
As Om is about to leave, Dhruv quietly says he truly didn’t know Isha was Om’s wife. Om warns him, “Now that you know—stay away.”
Back at home, Isha asks if Om thanked Dhruv for saving his life. Still seething, Om snaps that he won’t thank someone who almost ran him over. He then demands Isha delete Dhruv’s number from her phone and warns her to never contact him again. He tells her about the photos and how he made Dhruv delete them. Isha, holding Om’s hand, assures him she won’t maintain any contact with Dhruv—but pleads with him to stop speaking so harshly.
Om tells her she doesn’t understand—he saw what Dhruv feels for her in his eyes. He says he wants none of this between them and reminds her how deeply he loves her, asserting that she belongs only to him.
Later, Munna informs Om and his friends that they need to leave for Lucknow immediately—he has a lead that might help them secure a job. Meanwhile, Isha meets Mala and tells her she’s planning to visit the mother of the bodyguard who let her go the other day, hoping to find someone who can provide a referral for Om. Gayatri overhears the conversation and begins scheming with a new plan in mind.
