The episode opens with Savi escorting Bhagyashree to the doctor’s cabin, only to be stunned when she discovers that Neil is the doctor. Savi quickly suggests they see someone else, but Bhagyashree questions what’s wrong with the current doctor. Picking up on the tension, Neil comments, “Seems like Savi doesn’t trust my abilities.” Savi glares at him, while Neil calmly asks Bhagyashree to sit and explain her issue.
Bhagyashree shares that she suffers from asthma and her inhaler is no longer effective. Neil gently inquires whether stress might be aggravating it. Bhagyashree becomes emotional, revealing that she lost her son and that her daughter, now in the USA, has cut all contact. As Bhagyashree opens up, Savi tries to stop her from saying too much. However, Neil encourages her, saying that sometimes talking helps. He begins to reflect on his own past mistakes while intoxicated, but Bhagyashree cuts him off, saying it’s irrelevant and urges him to proceed with the consultation. Neil apologizes to both women and informs Bhagyashree that her vitals are stable, though he appears emotionally shaken.
Elsewhere, Maruti asks Ridhi if she knows how to play carrom. Ridhi fondly recalls playing it at home and praises how caring Savi is. Maruti then slyly suggests that Savi is more interested in Neil than in taking care of Ridhi. Ridhi refuses to believe him—until he shows her photos of Savi with Neil. Feeling betrayed, Ridhi begins to cry, saying she truly believed Savi cared for her. Maruti cynically remarks that “family is just a formality” and recalls how Srichand never acknowledged him as a child. As he prepares to leave, Ridhi stops him, worried that Nagraj might show up. Maruti agrees to stay for her sake.
Meanwhile, Surwa confronts Neil about his recent absences and his visits to Bhagyashree’s clinic. She suspects he’s hiding something. Neil denies any wrongdoing and insists he’s only been trying to speak with Savi—nothing more.
Later, Neil recommends some tests for Bhagyashree and hands Savi a medical history form. While she fills it out, Neil apologizes for his behavior the previous day and admits he misses Sai deeply. Savi sternly tells him that if he’s truly sorry, he should promise never to see Sai again. Neil responds that he would never intentionally hurt her, but adds that Sai still misses him—she keeps calling him. When Savi asks how he knows that, Neil reveals he had gone to her house that morning to drop off a plant but wasn’t allowed inside.
Neil shares that Sai had called him late at night because she couldn’t sleep, and he used to sing lullabies to her. He says Sai taught him that it’s possible to move forward after losing a loved one. He tells Savi that if she wants him to stay away from Sai, he will—but now she knows his reason for being around.
At that moment, Sai runs up and hugs Neil. Just then, some parents of Sai’s friend approach Savi, praising Neil for being kind and supportive with children. As they leave, they mention upcoming Father’s Day celebrations. Sai turns to Savi and asks if they’ll celebrate Father’s Day this year. Neil enthusiastically says yes and invites both of them to join.
Later, during the celebration, one of Sai’s friends innocently asks who she’ll cut the cake with, now that her real father is “a star in the sky.” Neil gently offers to be part of the moment, and Sai happily cuts the cake with him. She hugs him tightly, silently wishing for Neil to become her father.
Back at the hospital, Nagraj arrives. Savi spots him and follows, but Bhagyashree calls her back. Nagraj sees Savi and quickly exits, unknowingly leaving his Aadhaar card at reception. Savi picks it up, and Neil witnesses the incident. Keshav also notices and informs Nitin that Savi has seen Nagraj. Alarmed, Nitin rushes to alert Srichand.
An enraged Srichand calls Maruti, furious that Nagraj showed up near Savi. He warns that if Savi finds out the truth, he’ll kill both Maruti and Nagraj. Maruti promises to handle it and orders his goons to stop Savi from following Nagraj.
Despite their efforts, Savi reaches Nagraj’s house. Neil, who had been following her, arrives soon after. Together, they knock on the door. Nagraj’s wife answers, and they ask to see him.
