In today’s episode, Abhira tells Anshuman that he’s unnecessarily complicating things. Anshuman calmly replies that he’s a simple man and isn’t complicating anything. Abhira is left confused. He then asks her if she isn’t tired of holding on to the same emotions for the past seven years. Abhira refuses to open up. Anshuman questions why she’s still haunted by a mistake made so long ago. Before leaving for London, he gently tells her to take care of herself. His words leave Abhira deep in thought.
Meanwhile, Kaveri calls Abhira and urges her to visit soon. She informs her that Vidya accidentally used expired eye drops. The doctor recommends immediate eye surgery, but Vidya refuses to wear glasses or undergo any operation. The doctor tells Kaveri and Abhira that they must deposit ₹5 lakhs for the procedure. To everyone’s shock, Vidya insists on seeing Arman one last time before agreeing to the surgery.
Elsewhere, Arman asks Myra if she’s sure no one else was at the house. Myra confirms that only Abhira, Kaveri, and Vidya were there. Arman is puzzled—everything seemed fine during Krish’s engagement, yet now something feels off. Myra reminds him about his missing ring. Though Arman says he’ll look for it later, she urges him to find it immediately, mentioning that Geetanjali would be upset. Arman finds the ring, and Myra reminds him of his responsibility to keep Geetanjali happy.
Back in Udaipur, Abhira and Kaveri manage to arrange the money for Vidya’s surgery. But Vidya remains firm—she won’t go through with it unless Arman comes. She says she’d rather live without sight than have the surgery without seeing him.
Arman calls the Poddar house, and Tanya answers. He’s surprised to hear Sanjay speak so politely and begins to wonder who picked up the call and why Sanjay sounded so out of character.
At the Poddar house, Manoj and Manisha worry about Vidya’s condition. Sanjay offers to help. Abhira informs them that Vidya refuses surgery unless Arman comes to see her. Manisha urges Abhira to reach out to him. When Manoj and Manisha decide to visit Vidya, Krish stops them, saying it’s too late to go out. Everyone is stunned by his tone.
Abhira calls Arman and explains Vidya’s condition and her heartfelt request. Arman is shocked and decides to leave for Udaipur. Abhira is left wondering whether he will actually come. Myra, sensing his decision, pleads with him not to leave her. Geetanjali consoles Arman.
Later, Manisha, Manoj, and Kajal visit Vidya and try to convince her to go through with the surgery. Kaveri pleads with Vidya to stop being so stubborn. Meanwhile, Abhira anxiously waits for Arman’s arrival. But Vidya stays adamant—she won’t have the surgery unless she sees him.
Finally, Arman arrives at Abhira’s house. Both he and Abhira are shocked to see each other after so long. Memories of the past come flooding back. Overwhelmed, Abhira locks herself in a room. Kaveri sees Arman and firmly tells him to leave. Kajal, Manoj, and Manisha are equally stunned to see him there. Vidya refuses to believe that Arman has really come. Despite her wish, Kaveri doesn’t allow them to meet.
