The episode begins with Om sitting quietly in his room, lost in thought and deeply distressed as he recalls his father’s request to save Ram Bhavan. When Zisha asks him what’s troubling him, Om replies that his father has asked something from him for the first time, and he has only one day to fulfill that request.
The next morning, Gayatri enters Om’s room and hands him the authority transfer papers. She reminds him that only a few hours remain and urges him to accept defeat and sign the document. Despite her persistent taunts, Om remains silent. Isha tries to comfort him, encouraging him to ignore Gayatri’s words and assuring him that they’ll find a solution.
Later, Om heads to the office, overwhelmed with stress about Ram Bhavan and the mysterious man who offered to help him during this crisis.
That night, Isha is seen pleading with the family lawyer to wait a little longer for Om’s arrival. When Om finally returns home, he hands a folded paper to Gayatri. Confident, she remarks that she knew no one else could do anything and that, once again, she had arranged the money herself. She declares that it proves no one can take care of Ram Bhavan like she can, and it is meant to be hers.
However, the lawyer intervenes, saying there’s been a misunderstanding—he’s not there to collect payment but to deliver a stay order. He reveals that the money had already been deposited that morning by Om. Shocked, Gayatri looks at the paper in her hand and realizes Om never signed the authority transfer. Furious and stunned, she is left speechless. Meanwhile, Janki and Acharya embrace Om and bless him for saving Ram Bhavan.
When questioned by Jagdish and the others, Om explains that he managed to raise ₹3 lakhs from his office as a loan, while Isha arranged the remaining amount. Unbeknownst to each other and the family, both made personal sacrifices to gather the money. Om took a risky loan from Mr. Bhatia, agreeing to get confidential documents signed by his senior in return. Isha, on the other hand, rejoined Dhruv’s company and took a loan from him. Despite feeling guilty for their decisions, neither shares the truth with anyone.
Om expresses deep gratitude to Isha for always standing by him and his family. Consumed by anger and frustration, Gayatri burns the stamp papers and instructs Amitabh to investigate how Isha got her job and who granted her the loan. She secretly opens Isha’s laptop and discovers the company’s name to begin her search.
The next morning, Om offers Isha a lift due to political unrest in Prayagraj. During the journey, Om receives a call from Bhatia, asking to meet for the signature. Isha answers the call, raising Om’s concern. He worries that if Isha finds out about the deal, it will shatter her trust in him.
The episode ends with Om silently resolving to hide the truth from her.
