The episode begins with Om informing Isha that Bhatia had called him regarding a government job. Both Om and Isha hide the truth from each other to avoid causing pain. Isha leaves for the office alone, while Om heads to meet Bhatia.
At the office, Dhruv tells Isha that he hasn’t registered her name in the official records to ensure that if anyone comes looking for her, they won’t be able to trace her. Isha thanks him for his thoughtfulness and heads to work in the storeroom.
A while later, Dhruv sees breaking news on TV about a sudden curfew in the city. Riots have erupted in different areas, and police are using force to control the crowd. Alarmed, he asks his manager to inform all employees to leave for home immediately and instructs the guard to keep the main gate open for staff only.
Meanwhile, Om tries calling Isha to pick her up, but her phone is unreachable. Growing anxious, he searches for her around the city. When he fails to find her, he rushes back home, hoping she might have returned—but learns she hasn’t. Determined, Om heads back out to look for her again. While on the road, he is attacked by a group of goons who beat him up mercilessly. Just as they are about to pour kerosene on him, Om manages to escape.
Back at the office, Isha senses something is wrong and says she wants to go out. Dhruv tries to calm her down, assuring her that Om is mature and must either be home or in a safe place. He invites her to rest in his cabin and brings her coffee.
Outside, Om arrives near Dhruv’s office, still hiding from the goons. The security guard sees him and urges him to come inside for shelter. Hearing nearby voices, Om decides it’s safer to enter than stay out on the streets. The guard escorts him in and offers him a place to rest. Om tells him that his wife works in a similar office, but he doesn’t know the address and is out searching for her.
Inside, Dhruv and Isha are having a heartfelt conversation. Isha begins to open up about her past—how she got married to Om after Dhruv left her. Dhruv is moved, saying he can’t imagine how she managed it all alone. Isha admits it was incredibly difficult, but everything changed after Om entered her life. She says maybe Dhruv’s exit was destined so Om could come into her world. She describes Om not just as her husband, but as her best friend—someone she can’t imagine her life without.
Dhruv, reflecting on his own past, admits that guilt held him back from moving on, but after hearing her story, he feels ready to take a step forward in life.
Meanwhile, Om, after using the washroom, slowly walks past Dhruv’s cabin—unaware of the conversation happening inside.
