The episode opens with Dr. Surva informing Savi that Neil has lost his memory.
Shocked, Savi asks if he has forgotten everything. Dr. Surva explains that Neil now believes she is his wife and considers her children as his own. Savi clarifies that Neil only applied sindoor to her to prevent the children from being taken away and that he actually loves Teju.
Dr. Surva acknowledges Neil’s past feelings for Teju but reveals that Neil doesn’t remember her at all—he only remembers Savi as his wife. He urges Savi to play the role of Neil’s wife for the sake of his recovery, reminding her that they are legally married. Savi resists, saying their marriage was a circumstantial arrangement and that they aren’t even friends.
Surva insists that Neil married her out of compassion and now needs her support. Since Neil sees her as his wife and her children as his own, Surva urges Savi to cooperate for his sake. Savi refuses again, but Surva appeals to her emotions, reminding her that Neil risked his life to protect her children. He asks what’s wrong with helping someone who once helped her. He pleads with her not to walk away.
Moved and conflicted, Savi steps out of the room and sees Bhagyashree creating a scene at the hospital. Savi confronts her, asking why she’s causing a commotion. Bhagyashree tells the inspector to arrest Savi, accusing her of kidnapping her grandchildren. The inspector explains that the complaint was anonymous and they didn’t know it involved Savi.
Bhagyashree and Tara accuse Savi of ruining Rajat’s reputation. Tara even plays a video showing the media tarnishing Rajat’s image. Savi promises to clear his name, but Bhagyashree isn’t interested. She demands her grandchildren back and insults Savi, calling her relationship with Neil illegitimate.
Savi stands her ground and says she won’t let anyone separate her from her children. She publicly accepts her relationship with Neil and firmly declares that no one can take her kids away. She tells Bhagyashree and her daughters to leave the hospital and challenges them to fight a custody case if they dare. Bhagyashree curses her, saying she will never find happiness. As Savi walks away, the inspector advises Bhagyashree to take legal action if she wants custody.
Later, Bhagyashree meets Leena and warns her about Savi, claiming that she ruined her family and might do the same to Leena’s son. Then, she leaves.
Meanwhile, Neil asks Dr. Surva about his wife and children. Savi enters the room with a plant and says, “I’m here.” She explains that she was late because she was attending to the kids. Neil notices the plant and says it’s his favorite—Aparajita. Savi asks if he remembers it, but Neil says no. She promises to help him regain his memories. Neil gets brief flashes and wonders why he can’t even recall his wife’s name.
Leena observes them and decides that Savi should be kept away from Neil for his well-being. At the same time, Bhagyashree vows to gain custody of Sai and Kian, swearing on Rajat’s name and promising revenge. Savi silently thinks, “Neil needs me—and I need him to save my children.”
Neil then asks Savi about “his” children. Savi hesitates, unsure how to explain that he’s started seeing Sai as his own daughter. Just then, Sai walks into the room with Bhakti. Bhakti apologizes to Savi, saying she couldn’t stop Sai from coming. Neil smiles and says, “No need to stop my daughter.” Sai thanks him for saving her and says sweetly, “I love you, Pookie uncle.” Neil is stunned and repeats, “Uncle?”
Savi quickly sends Sai away with Bhakti. Neil questions why Sai called him “Pookie uncle.” Savi covers it up with a lie. Neil looks heartbroken and says he must have even forgotten his own daughter—and deeply regrets it.
