The episode opens with Jhanak vowing to guard the house diligently. She’s excited at the idea of encountering a city thief and playfully asks God to send one. Just then, the doorbell rings, and she believes her wish has come true. Aniruddh, from the other side of the door, asks Jhanak to open it. She questions who he is, and in return, he asks the same. Jhanak introduces herself as Phooldevi. Aniruddh insists she open the door. When she finally does, both experience a moment of silent connection. Aniruddh again inquires about her identity, but she questions why she should tell him.
Aniruddh asks if everyone has left the house. Noticing the sweet box in his hand, Jhanak sarcastically asks if it’s a bribe. She declares she won’t let him steal anything. Aniruddh is confused and asks why she assumes he’s a thief. He notices the stick in her hand and considers leaving. But Jhanak commands him to sit on a chair and close his eyes. She ties him to the chair. When he protests, she tells him to stay quiet and even ties his mouth.
Jhanak samples the sweets he brought, saying they’re good but not as tasty as the ones from her village. Aniruddh is bewildered, wondering how a small girl managed to scare him. Jhanak, deciding to rest, takes two sleeping pills and returns to the hall. She warns Aniruddh not to act smart, sits across from him, and eventually dozes off. Meanwhile, Aniruddh struggles to free himself.
Elsewhere, Aditi meets Rishi outside her college. She’s surprised he called her there so suddenly. Rishi gives her a bouquet and shows her an engagement ring. Aditi teases him, calling him unbelievable. When he puts the ring on her finger, she says it’s beautiful but not romantic. Rishi insists this is his way of being romantic, and they share a smile.
Back at the house, Putul arrives and rings the doorbell. Getting no response from Jhanak, she calls her father to express concern and asks him to return home. Dadabhai soon arrives, and Putul explains the situation. Surjeet suggests they break the door and calls Rishi.
Abhimanyu contacts Rishi and urges him to come home immediately without giving details. Rishi assumes Jhanak may have revealed something to the family. Upon reaching, he finds everyone gathered. Dadabhai explains what happened, and Tanushri tells Rishi to break open the door. Rishi does so and quickly unties Aniruddh. Indumati is shocked and asks who tied him up.
Tanushri checks on Jhanak, while Rishi asks Aniruddh if he’s okay. Dadabhai apologizes to Aniruddh. Putul wonders why Jhanak is unconscious. When asked what happened, Aniruddh explains that Jhanak mistook him for a thief and tied him up. However, he defends her, calling her sweet and asking the others not to scold her. Dadabhai clarifies that Jhanak was brought from the village by Rishi to work as a maid. Aniruddh maintains that she meant no harm. Surjeet checks Jhanak and confirms she’s fine. Tanushri splashes water on her face. Rishi apologizes to Aniruddh for the misunderstanding, and Dadabhai instructs Abhimanyu to call an ambulance.
Jhanak wakes up and admits she took Dadabhai’s sleeping pills. Aniruddh reveals his true identity — he’s Aditi’s father. Jhanak is shocked and immediately apologizes. Aniruddh smiles at her innocence.
Meanwhile, Pihu visits Ishani’s house and embraces her emotionally. Concerned, Ishani asks what’s wrong. Pihu apologizes and says she came to take her home. She opens up about what Jeet tried to do. Ishani assures Pihu that it wasn’t her fault and that she did nothing wrong. Pihu promises her support. Ishani, however, refuses to return to Shashvat House but says she holds no anger toward Pihu and is happy to meet her anytime. Pihu, touched by her warmth, says Ishani has become her favorite person and hugs her again.
