The episode begins with Pinku uncle telling Dil in the car about a newly inaugurated temple in Raunakpur. He explains that the singer scheduled to perform at the event has fallen ill, and asks Dil to sing in her place. Hearing this, Dil remembers the promise she made to her mother, Nandini, and immediately asks Pinku to stop the car. She firmly says she cannot sing, and walks away.
As she leaves, Dil hears a radio broadcast featuring Raghav’s voice. He says, “I’ll do anything for the people I love—even if it means breaking my promises.” His words remind Dil of her mother. She changes her mind and tells Pinku to take her to see Nandini first. Pinku agrees and drives her to the hospital.
Meanwhile, Natasha and others try to cheer up Shanaya, encouraging her to eat something. Shanaya refuses, saying she won’t eat until she gets her phone back.
Elsewhere, Dil’s uncle unlocks a door and lets Lata come out. She asks him about Nandini’s condition. He cruelly remarks that Nandini might not survive. When Lata asks about Dil, he coldly tells her to go look for her herself.
Back in the car, Pinku tells Dil that if she sings all night, she’ll earn enough money for Nandini’s treatment. Determined, Dil agrees.
Later that night, Pinku announces at the temple that Dil will be performing through the night for the Jagrata. Dil begins singing, and the audience is captivated by her voice. Pinku reveals to the crowd that Dil is singing to raise money for her mother’s medical care. Touched by her story, one of the audience members records her performance.
Meanwhile, Lata reaches the hospital and sees Nandini in a critical state. The doctor asks whether they’ve arranged the money for her treatment. Lata remains silent. She then asks about Dil’s whereabouts, and the doctor informs her that Dil went with Pinku, who works with a musical group. Alarmed, Lata rushes out.
At home, Natasha again tries to cheer up Shanaya, but she remains upset. Raghav arrives and hands Shanaya her phone. Her mood lifts instantly. Raghav asks Natasha to bring food for Shanaya. She teases him, but Raghav’s sister-in-law brings the food instead. Raghav feeds Shanaya and tells her that he wants her to succeed in life. He adds that once she starts learning music, she’ll fall in love with it. As he gets up to leave, a song starts playing on Shanaya’s phone—it’s Dil’s voice.
Intrigued, Raghav checks the video and is mesmerized by Dil’s talent. The video also mentions that she’s singing to raise money for her mother’s treatment. Moved by her story, Raghav decides to help her.
Back at the temple, Lata arrives and finds Dil unconscious after the long performance. She splashes water on her face to wake her up. Lata asks who told her to sing, and Dil replies that it was her own decision. She then asks Pinku for the money. Pinku assures her the money will be delivered where it’s needed and tells her not to worry. Dil nods and leaves with Lata.
Pinku, however, hands the money over to Dil’s uncle.
Dil and Lata reach the hospital only to find Nandini’s bed empty. The doctor silently leads Dil toward the mortuary door to show her the heartbreaking truth.
