The episode begins with Sundar praising himself in front of Rishi’s family, calling himself an all-rounder. Abhimanyu then jokingly asks him to make tea. Phool immediately interrupts, saying Sundar isn’t allowed in the kitchen and that she’ll make the tea instead. However, Indumati insists Sundar should be given a chance so they can see how capable he really is. Phool stands firm, repeating that Sundar is not to enter the kitchen. Frustrated, Sundar suggests they should just fire Phool since he’s ready to take on all the responsibilities.
Phool loses her temper and starts hitting Sundar. Rishi’s family intervenes and pulls her away. Sundar declares that he no longer wants the job. Abhimanyu stops him, saying he can’t just leave like that. Dadabhai then asks Tanushri to show Sundar the kitchen and requests him to prepare tea. At the same time, he instructs Phool to stay away from the kitchen and focus only on her studies. Phool quietly leaves.
Later, Dadabhai asks Sundar to fetch a bag. Meanwhile, Putul informs Indumati that Phool has locked herself in her room and is sitting silently. Phool soon arrives with her luggage, announcing her decision to leave the house. She asks Dadabhai if he can drop her at the bus stand. Tanushri questions her if she’s upset because Sundar got hired. Phool denies it, asking why she would be angry.
Dadabhai accuses Phool of using this as an excuse to avoid studying and tells her to return to her village. He hands Putul some money and asks her to buy a snuffbox and cigarettes. When Putul agrees, Phool questions her compliance. Tanushri points out that Dadabhai doesn’t listen to anyone but Phool. She then takes the luggage from Phool’s hands.
Sundar returns with the bag. Dadabhai asks who will accompany him to the market, and Sundar volunteers. This leads to another argument between Phool and Sundar. Annoyed, Dadabhai scolds Sundar and emotionally declares that if Phool ever talks about leaving again, they’ll find him dead. Shocked, Phool begs him not to speak like that. Dadabhai hugs her. Phool softly says she has to leave someday, to which Dadabhai replies that day will never come.
The next day, Dadabhai informs Indumati that Neelu will only come on the wedding day as Varun couldn’t get leave. He also shares that he visited Putul’s in-laws to deliver Rishi’s wedding invitation. Abhimanyu questions whether Dadabhai considered how Putul would feel upon hearing this. Indumati asks how her in-laws treated him. Dadabhai says Shantanu wasn’t home, but the rest of the family was polite as always. Tanushri suggests their politeness was just for show, especially since they didn’t stop Shantanu. Dadabhai brushes it off, saying they should drop the subject.
Abhimanyu asks Phool to make a rangoli. Phool, hiding the fact that she has a fever, agrees. Indumati tells her she can skip it if she’s unwell, but Phool insists on doing it. While she’s working on the rangoli, Rishi sees her and tells her to stop. He warns her to stay away from the wedding preparations. Phool quietly replies that she won’t cause any problems and goes inside, breaking down in tears. Tanushri comforts her.
Meanwhile, Aditi arrives to perform a ritual. Arshi compliments her. Aditi then receives a call from an unknown number. The caller, Krishnand, tells her that although she doesn’t know him, he knows who she is.
