The episode opens with Lakshmi about to tear up the property papers linked to Jia. Just then, Jia arrives and snatches the papers from her. She firmly tells the disguised Lakshmi, “I’m getting married to Karthik in two days, and I won’t sell this house—it holds our memories.”
Lakshmi later goes to Raghuveer and says, “Jia ruined our plan, but I won’t let her win.”
Meanwhile, Jia dances happily with Karthik. Suddenly, the lights go out. Sensing something’s wrong, Jia heads to the power room, where she accidentally suffers an electric shock. As she regains consciousness, she spots Lakshmi leaving the area and follows her. Jia then slips on the stairs—oil had been poured there. Suspicious, she wonders if Lakshmi is truly dead.
Karthik rushes to her aid, asking if she’s okay. Jia replies, “I’m fine.”
Jia then contacts one of her goons. However, Raghuveer intercepts and threatens the man, forcing him to confess to Jia: “We didn’t kill Lakshmi. We only kidnapped her, but she escaped last night. She said she would file a complaint and stop your wedding to Karthik.” Hearing this, Jia decides she must flee the city with Karthik as soon as possible.
Later, Karthik tells Lakshmi and Raghuveer that their plan will succeed this time. Jia then approaches the disguised Lakshmi and Raghuveer, saying she wants to speak with them privately. Once aside, she tells Raghuveer to bring the papers for the Mumbai flat so they can finalize an exchange deal that night. Lakshmi thinks to herself, You made a mistake, Jia. Now you’ll lose both Karthik and the house.
Lakshmi and Karthik then share a private romantic moment. Soon after, Lakshmi receives a message from Jia informing her that the lawyer has arrived. Lakshmi and Raghuveer meet Jia and her lawyer and hand over fake property papers for the Mumbai villa. The lawyer presents the deal papers, and both sides sign. Jia smiles and tells the disguised Lakshmi, “Now the house is yours,” congratulating her.
At that moment, Karthik walks in and questions what’s going on and why the lawyer is there. Jia responds with excitement, saying she has good news—they’re moving to a sea-facing villa in Mumbai to start their new life together. When Karthik asks why she didn’t tell him earlier, Jia replies, “Trust me, your music career will flourish in Mumbai.” She is about to take him away when Lakshmi steps forward and says, “Karthik isn’t going anywhere. He’s staying right here—with me.”
Jia laughs it off, thinking it’s a joke. But Lakshmi drops her disguise, removing her wig and revealing her true identity. Raghuveer also reveals himself. Jia is furious, realizing they had tricked her.
Lakshmi and Raghuveer confront her. Lakshmi declares, “Karthik is mine. You tried to destroy my family and make us homeless. So I played your game—and won.”
Karthik turns to Jia and says, “As long as Maha Lakshmi is by my side, you can’t harm me. I could have you arrested for fraud, but this is your final warning—leave.” He then kisses Lakshmi’s hand and tells her, “I’m yours,” firmly asking Jia to go. Enraged, Jia screams in frustration.
Lakshmi calmly but sternly tells her to leave and concludes, “This house belongs to Dad—and always will.”
