The episode opens with Raghav mistaking a child’s arrival for Shanaya’s. He lovingly lifts the girl and places her on his lap for the prayer, only to discover it’s Diljeet, not Shanaya. Holding his hand, Diljeet sincerely apologizes for the diary incident. In front of Goddess Saraswati, she promises not to cause any more trouble and asks for his forgiveness. Raghav forgives her, and she feels relieved and happy.
Suddenly, Shanaya arrives and pulls Diljeet away from him. Tearfully, she confronts Raghav, saying, “You are my dad,” and emotionally pleads with him to promise that he won’t talk to the “joker boy.”
Raghav gently corrects her, saying, “He’s not a joker boy—his name is Diljeet.” He consoles Shanaya and urges her not to cry. Watching the scene, Diljeet silently wonders why Shanaya is so upset, thinking, “I wish he were my dad, not hers.” Heartbroken, she walks away in tears. Shanaya again demands a promise from Raghav that he’ll only be her father. Raghav comforts her and tells her not to cry.
Observing the tension, Raghav’s mother steps in and asks what’s going on. Meanwhile, Diljeet speaks to a giraffe statue, saying Raghav is kind and if he promises Shanaya, he may stop talking to her forever. Natasha overhears and gently reminds Diljeet that she’s her friend and always ready to listen. Raghav’s mother advises him to go along with Shanaya for now and find a way to explain things to her later.
Natasha reassures Diljeet that Raghav likely won’t keep such a promise. But soon after, Shanaya brings Raghav into the hall and asks him to announce his promise in front of everyone. Raghav declares, “I will only speak to my daughter, not anyone else,” and walks away. Heartbroken, Diljeet cries to Natasha, saying Raghav made the promise after all, despite Natasha’s reassurance. Natasha promises to help her get another chance to speak to him.
Later, Shanaya admires her dress and thinks to herself, “I have a better voice than that joker boy. I’ll make sure I sing at the concert and that Diljeet doesn’t get the chance.” Natasha walks in and asks about her dress and whether she has finalized content for the Sunday vlog. Shanaya says she hasn’t. Natasha reminds her the theme is Sunday Funday and offers help, which Shanaya accepts.
Later, Shanaya organizes a game of dumb charades. Natasha and Raghav serve as team leaders—Diljeet joins Raghav’s team, while Shanaya joins Natasha’s. Raghav’s mother acts first, and Raghav guesses the movie correctly. Then Saloni acts, and Natasha guesses hers. When it’s Diljeet’s turn, Natasha insists on choosing the film and whispers to her that this is her chance to tell her story to Raghav through gestures.
Diljeet tries to act out that she’s searching for her mother. Raghav guesses “Mom,” but Shanaya’s team declares the time is up and claims victory. They say Diljeet lost, and Shanaya won. Confused and concerned, Raghav is left wondering what Diljeet was trying to convey and what the movie title actually was.
