The episode begins with Katha visiting Babu Ram uncle to buy plants. She suddenly spots a group of men trying to snatch a woman’s chain and is shocked when they pull it off, causing the woman to fall into the mud.
At UV’s café, a mirror shatters into pieces. Furious, UV yells at the men responsible, but Sandy intervenes, sending them away and urging UV to calm down. UV, however, is upset, saying the mirror held memories of his mother.
Meanwhile, the woman struggles to stand in the muddy water. Katha rushes to help her. At the café, Sandy tries to comfort UV, saying a broken mirror could be a sign that he might meet his mother soon, assuring him she is safe somewhere.
The woman tells Katha the men took her bag and chain. Katha demands they return them, but the thieves mock her. Rising to the challenge, Katha fights them, retrieves the items, and hands them back. When the thieves attempt to attack, she uses plants as weapons to defend herself. Babu Ram arrives with the police, who arrest the men.
Katha helps the woman wash the mud from her face and advises her to be careful when wearing gold. The woman says her chain is more valuable than gold, revealing a locket with UV’s childhood photo. She has flashes of her past with her child as Katha tends to her injury. Introducing herself, Katha learns the woman is Gayatri—UV’s mother—and offers to drop her home.
Later, Katha arrives with Gayatri in an auto. Gayatri stares at Katha’s house, feeling as if she’s seen it before. When Katha invites her inside to meet the family, Gayatri refuses, assuring she will go home alone. Katha reluctantly leaves after instructing the auto driver to take her safely.
Elsewhere, Tammy cries over the tensions in their Manmoji gang. Pari and Ash console her and urge UV to forgive her. UV declares that, to him, Katha is Eshwar’s agent and vows to throw her out of the house. He scolds Tammy for her conspiracies, but Tammy blames Katha instead, sparking an argument. Pari and Ash step in to stop them. UV calms down but is caught off guard when Tammy suddenly hugs him.
From outside, Katha witnesses the scene, hurt by what she sees. UV pats Tammy’s back to comfort her, then steps out—only to find Katha standing there. Accusing her of eavesdropping, he’s met with Katha’s sharp reply that she has no interest in listening in. She calls him shameless for hugging Tammy, which angers UV. Tammy joins in, insulting Katha for staying in the house despite repeated humiliation, calling her shameless and without self-respect. Deeply hurt, Katha looks at UV and walks away with tear-filled eyes.
