Bhavesh says, “I came here to share in the happiness, but ended up pouring out my sorrows instead.”
Hasmuk gently replies, “That’s alright—if you can’t share your heart with your own people, then who else can you share it with?”
Anupama adds, “These are not complaints, just feelings. Speaking them out doesn’t lessen joy. The real strength lies in carrying your pain silently while still being part of others’ happiness.”
Rahi comforts Bhavesh, telling him not to worry and that he will soon find another job. Anupama reassures him that talent always finds a way and he will surely get a new opportunity.
Leela then says to Bhavesh, “Since you’re here, why don’t we call your wife too?”
Bhavesh quickly refuses, “No, no. If she comes, she’ll only create a scene.”
Leela sighs, “You remarried but are still unhappy. You seemed happier when you were alone. I had warned you not to marry again at this age, but you didn’t listen.”
Anupama consoles Bhavesh, “Don’t worry, everything will settle with time. Peace will return. Try to make your wife understand—she is your partner, and she too has her rights.”
Hasmuk lightens the mood, urging everyone to enjoy the moment. He encourages Bhavesh to forget his worries and join the haldi celebration. Soon, the Shah family happily begins Prarthana and Ansh’s haldi ceremony. Prem cheerfully announces that now everyone will be covered in haldi.
Meanwhile, Mahi feels restless seeing the festivities and quietly runs away. Anupama drifts into thoughts of Anuj, while Mahi recalls Aryan. Suddenly, Anupama realizes Mahi is missing and goes to look for her.
Mahi, dressed in her haldi outfit, stares at herself and wonders why she doesn’t feel as radiant as the others. She questions her loneliness—“Why don’t I have someone to take me on dates, click pictures with me? Rahi has Prem, Pari has Raja, even Anil has Meeta… why am I all alone in life?”
While searching, Anupama is shocked to see Vasundhara and Khyati. She warmly welcomes them and calls out to Prarthana. Believing they came for her haldi, Prarthana greets them, but Vasundhara coldly says she isn’t here for the function. Instead, she demands Prarthana sign some papers.
Anupama questions what the papers are. Vasundhara reveals that after giving birth, Prarthana must hand over the baby. Stunned, Anupama asks how she can support Gautam in this cruelty. Vasundhara sternly tells her to stay out of their family matters.
But Anupama firmly replies, “Prarthana is now our daughter-in-law. No one can take her baby away from her.” Vasundhara declares she wants the child at any cost. Anupama vows that she will never let anyone separate a mother from her child.
Vasundhara warns her, boasting about the Kotharis’ wealth. Anupama shoots back, “Yes, the Kotharis are rich, Mrs. Vasundhara. But not so rich that you can buy my family with your money.”
Vasundhara mocks her pride, but Anupama fiercely retorts, “You haven’t yet seen the arrogance of Anupama Kothari!”
Vasundhara orders her to lower her voice. Anupama responds, “Lower my voice? As long as I am honoring our relationship, I advise you to leave quietly.”
Vasundhara challenges, “Otherwise what?”
Anupama declares, “Otherwise, the old Anupama will awaken—the one whose fury was enough to shake even a lion.”
