Elsewhere, Katha’s grandfather praises her for everything she has done for the Jindal family. Grateful, he even offers to gift her something precious. Katha gently refuses, saying she will ask for something when the need arises. While talking, she suddenly remembers Gayatri, who has been alone in her room for quite some time. Unsure if Gayatri is still inside the house or has already left, Katha rushes to find her. She even calls Gayatri, asking her to wait at the main gate, but is disappointed when she doesn’t find her anywhere.
Later, Uday once again thanks Katha for handling a delicate situation with wisdom, acknowledging that it was her presence of mind that saved the family’s honor. Other family members also admire her intelligence and courage, leaving Katha feeling respected yet burdened with responsibility.
During the Janmashtami celebrations, Katha and Uday are asked to perform the Aarti together. Guiding him patiently, Katha reminds Uday that the plate must be rotated clockwise. Together, they complete the ritual, sharing a rare moment of harmony despite the distance between them.
The next morning, Badi Dadi encourages the women of the family to join a yoga session. In the middle of the session, Dadi notices Parineeti is missing and sends Katha to fetch water from the kitchen. There, Katha is startled to find Parineeti dressed in formal attire, preparing to leave. When questioned, Pari avoids giving an explanation and quickly heads out.
Meanwhile, Tejas spots Parineeti boarding an auto-rickshaw. Suspicious, he follows her and soon discovers that she has been secretly working at a company.
Back at the Jindal house, Uday again expresses his gratitude to Katha for saving the children and supporting the family. Speaking sincerely, he emphasizes how much he values her as a friend. That rejection still weighs heavily on her heart. Uday is left dejected by her refusal to acknowledge their connection. At that moment, Naina steps in and reminds Katha to at least show some gratitude, pointing out that Uday has helped in repaying her father’s debt and deserves recognition.
