The episode begins with Ved speaking to Aarti over the phone, insisting that Kali is lying and assuring her that he loves only her. Hearing this, Kali bursts out in anger. She taunts Ved, saying he is shamelessly declaring his love for Aarti right in front of his wife. She further humiliates him, claiming he has proved that his mother’s “dirty blood” runs through his veins. Enraged, Ved shouts at Kali, demanding that she speak about his mother with respect. But Kali ignores his protest and continues her taunts.
Kali then snatches the phone from Aarti and tells her that Ved gifted her a Kundan necklace while confessing his love. Aarti, shocked, asks why she is saying all this. Kali replies that she is just speaking casually but warns Aarti not to cast her eyes on her “second-hand husband.” When Aarti questions her harsh words, Kali declares that she deeply loves her husband and cannot live without him. She proclaims that Ved belongs to her not only in this life but for seven lifetimes. Kali ends the call abruptly. Ved, frustrated, asks why she is doing this. Kali replies that she cannot tolerate him having any kind of relationship with Aarti. Whether love or hate, she says, his bond must remain only with her because she is his wife. Ved then storms out.
Soon after, Raghav calls Kali to ask if she received the gift he sent as blessings. Kali confirms she did and that Ved himself put it around her neck. Raghav reminds her of the small task she must fulfill. Kali promises him that Aarti will never be allowed to cast her shadow on the Rajput, Thakur, or Rajvanshi families. She assures Raghav that since Ved is Aarti’s weakness, he will always remain a barrier between Aarti and them, preventing her from doing anything. She ends the call after reaffirming her promise.
Meanwhile, Aarti stares at the photo Kali sent of Ved placing the necklace around her neck. Padma questions why Aarti continues to endure Kali’s insults. She reminds Aarti that she married Kali to Ved—the very man Aarti loves most—only because Kali had been wronged. Padma warns that Kali will eventually destroy her life. Though Aarti asks her not to speak about this, Padma leaves in anger.
Later, Aarti rests her head on Anjali’s lap, torn between her responsibilities and her love for Ved. She asks Anjali what she should do. At that moment, Ganesh arrives and tells Aarti that Lord Ganesh will show her the solution. He reminds her that tomorrow is Ganesh Chaturthi and asks her to prepare for the festival. Aarti agrees.
The next day, Ved prays to Lord Ganesh, begging Him to reunite him with Aarti. He confesses that he loves only her and can never accept Kali as his wife.
Just then, Padma calls Ved and says she has something very important to reveal. She shocks him by disclosing that his marriage with Kali is actually fake. She explains that during the wedding, when the priest asked for sindoor, she brought red color instead, which was used in place of real sindoor. Hearing this, Ved is left stunned.
