The episode begins with Mannat deciding to secretly follow Aishwarya, convinced that this is the only way to uncover the truth. Meanwhile, Vikrant happily tells her that they are about to start a new life together, excited at the thought of divorcing Mallika.
At the same time, Anirudh participates in the Ganesh puja inside the jail. Aishwarya, disguised as Sulekha, is present there with a knife, waiting for the right moment to attack him. Varun calls Mannat to inform her that Aishwarya is on her way. Mannat tells him that Ganesh puja is also happening at home, so she cannot leave suddenly. She adds that Aishwarya has already left from there. Praying for a solution, she cleverly pretends to be on a call with Dolly and lies to Vikrant that she is waiting for her. Apologizing to God for lying, she consoles herself that this is the only way to reach the truth.
Vikrant asks her to return quickly, saying he needs her support. On her way out, Gagan stops her and questions where she is going. Mannat lies that she is heading to the colony, and he offers to drop her off. She thinks to herself that she cannot reveal Aishwarya’s plan to attack Anirudh until she uncovers the whole truth.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya searches for Anirudh inside the jail, waiting for her chance to strike. Mannat manages to slip out of Gagan’s car and sends him away. Aishwarya, having locked Anirudh inside the kitchen, tells him this will be his end. Anirudh warns her that she will regret it, but Aishwarya mocks him, saying he should not speak so bravely when death is near. She tells him he cannot escape and that no one will come to save him—not even his daughter, Mannat. How could she possibly let him reveal her truth?
Anirudh insists she cannot harm him. Aishwarya, however, claims she has already deceived Mannat and her family, leaving them with no reason to believe him. She vows to end his life and then ruin Mannat’s as well, sending her to join him in death. As Aishwarya tries to stab him, Anirudh pushes her away, but she lunges at him again—only for Mannat to arrive in time and stop her. Mannat shoves her to the ground, trembling with shock.
In tears, Mannat pours out her pain. She recalls the heartbreak when Aishwarya revealed that she was not her real mother and that Sonia was. She remembers begging Aishwarya to save her mother, asking her to break Vikrant’s heart so that Shruthi could get a liver donor. In return, Aishwarya snatched away her love. Still, Mannat had trusted her—especially after she saved her dignity, risking her own life for her. But now, she realizes Aishwarya was only using her, making a fool of her all along, only to protect Mallika.
Devastated, Mannat breaks down, laughing bitterly through her tears, acknowledging how cleverly Aishwarya tricked her. Shattered, she admits she truly believed in her, only to end up betrayed and heartbroken.
