The episode begins with Varun serving food to Arohi, which makes Abhishek jealous. He tells his Mausi that he will be leaving the next day since Arohi is no longer his responsibility and insists on dropping her back at the hostel. Arohi explains that she has permission to stay out until Sunday, which displeases Abhishek. Later, when Varun mentions he is going to buy fruits for his mother, she asks him to take Arohi along so she can also explore Pune. Abhishek becomes upset when Arohi agrees to go with him.
Meanwhile, Maama informs Sarada that Sagar is on his way with the Panchayat members. Though he doesn’t know the details, he suspects it is something related to Arohi. Shocked, Sarada questions Sabita about what is happening.
Elsewhere, Arohi gets into the car with Varun. Abhishek tries to accompany them, but Mausi stops him, saying she wants to spend some time with him. On the way, Varun and Arohi discuss their meeting. Arohi admits he might find it strange that she came alone, but she had taken her father’s permission. Varun praises her boldness and appreciates her father for letting her choose her life partner. While they are shopping for fruits, Abhishek suddenly appears, pretending he also came to buy some. He tells Arohi that since she is his responsibility, he has the right to decide whether her choice is right or wrong. Arohi firmly replies that she is capable of making her own decisions and doesn’t need him to decide for her.
Back at Arohi’s house, Sagar arrives with the Panchayat members. He greets everyone respectfully and declares that the Panchayat has decided on his marriage, so he has come to discuss Arohi. Sarada, shocked, asks him what he means.
Meanwhile, Arohi returns home. Mausi questions Abhishek about his sudden disappearance and points out the harmonium, saying Varun will sing for Arohi. Abhishek dismisses it, saying guitars are more popular now, but Arohi insists she likes the harmonium—and so does her father. This disappoints Abhishek. Wanting to contact her father, Arohi borrows Abhishek’s phone and calls Raja Ram, only to learn that Sagar is creating trouble at home. He warns her not to call again on that number. Nervous, Arohi confides in Abhishek. Though he offers to confront the matter, Arohi demands that he stay out of her life, insisting she can handle her own problems. Hurt, Abhishek regrets accompanying her to Pune.
At home, Sagar creates a scene in front of the family. Raja Ram clarifies that Arohi had informed him of her plans, but since she lost her phone, she had to call from another number. Arohi then decides to return home. Varun offers to drop her, but Abhishek, still jealous, distances himself and ignores her. When Arohi tries to reason with him, he unintentionally hurts her hand, leaving her upset.
