The episode begins with Anurag telling Pihu that he thinks she has fallen in love, which is why she has suddenly become more mature. He reminds her that love is an important part of life and then leaves. Pihu recalls her moments with Siddarth and, lost in thought, almost gets hit by a car. She angrily scolds the driver, only to see Siddarth step out and apologize. He says she never contacted him, and Pihu replies that she had planned to reach out that very day. Siddarth tells her not to say that just because he brought it up. He adds that he understands she’s pretty and well-educated, so there must be plenty of boys chasing after her.
Pihu denies it, saying most boys are actually afraid of her and don’t approach her. She admits she doesn’t pay attention to them anyway. Siddarth jokes that’s why she didn’t call him. Pihu smiles and says he’s different. Just then, a car horn interrupts their conversation. Siddarth tells her they can’t talk freely on campus and suggests getting into his car. Pihu asks where they’re going, and Siddarth replies that he’s just driving for now because he enjoys it.
Pihu teases him, asking if that isn’t reckless. Siddarth explains that people should do what they love because life is short—he’s seen enough deaths in the hospital to know that. He says every moment counts, and that’s why he lives in the present. Pihu looks at him fondly as he speaks.
Siddarth then asks if she’d like to have tea. When Pihu agrees, he takes her to a roadside tea stall and orders two cups. He playfully teaches her how to dip a biscuit into the tea before eating it. Pihu tries it and says it tastes great. She admits she doesn’t know how to cook yet and that, as Ishani said, this is why she hadn’t invited him before—but she plans to learn gradually. Siddarth laughs and teases her, saying she’s talking as if their marriage is already arranged. Embarrassed, Pihu clarifies that she didn’t mean it that way.
Siddarth smiles and tells her to relax, saying he was only joking. Pihu says marriage isn’t something to joke about because it’s a serious matter. She adds that she’s seen enough problems in relationships and marriages, then opens up about Shashwat and Ishani’s past. Siddarth apologizes, but Pihu assures him it’s fine, explaining that her family is complicated. She says she’ll share more the next time they meet. Siddarth asks if that means she wants to meet again, and Pihu hands him her phone number with a shy smile.
The next day, Anurag meets Ishani at college and asks how her exam went. Ishani replies that it went well. Anurag admits he was worried she might not have had enough time to study, but Ishani confidently says she knows how to manage everything. Anurag is surprised by her tone and asks why she’s speaking to him like that. Ishani sharply responds that he probably expected her to say she couldn’t do anything without him—and that such an answer would have pleased his ego. Feeling guilty, Anurag apologizes, saying he only wanted the best for her. He then tells her that if she truly doesn’t want to get married, she should tell his mother directly.
