The episode begins with Arohi asking the nurse about Devika’s condition. The nurse tells her that Devika’s reactions are normal — she often shows slight responses and then slips back into a coma. Arohi mentions that Devika seemed to react to her voice. Meanwhile, Bua grows anxious, fearing that Devika might regain consciousness and expose her misdeeds to Abhishek. She recalls the moment Devika confronted her and threatened to reveal the truth. To divert Arohi, Bua asks her to prepare breakfast for Abhishek, who must be tired after his journey. Arohi agrees and leaves, holding Devika’s hand and assuring her that she will recover soon. In her hurry, Arohi forgets her phone in the room.
After Arohi and Abhishek leave, Bua angrily tells the nurse that Devika is regaining consciousness even after receiving the dose. She orders the nurse to give her another one, but the nurse warns that an extra dose could kill Devika.
Moments later, Devika starts to regain consciousness. Bua taunts her, saying she shouldn’t have interfered in her life — that’s why she ended up like this. She says Arohi might have saved Abhishek, but now she wants to see how Arohi will save Devika. She declares that she’ll end Devika’s life today, and Arohi will be her next target. Bua instructs the nurse to prepare the injection.
Meanwhile, Arohi realizes she left her phone behind and excuses herself to retrieve it. When she returns, she is surprised to find Bua massaging Devika’s leg. Bua accuses her of spying and sarcastically asks if helping her sister-in-law is a crime. Arohi apologizes, explaining that she only came back to get her phone, not to complain or spy. Bua hands her the phone coldly. Arohi walks away, thinking that Bua wrongly considers her an enemy, while all she truly wants is to win everyone’s heart in the family. Bua, on the other hand, believes Arohi is trying to ruin her plans and fears that Arohi might turn her husband against her, costing her all her influence.
Later, Anuradha is busy cooking when Arohi asks her what happened in Devika’s life. Anuradha replies that it’s all in the past and shouldn’t be discussed, though she admits Devika has suffered a lot in this house and has been treated unfairly. In the kitchen, Vandana and Kanika are preparing their husbands’ favorite dishes. Anuradha offers food to Kailash, but he complains that women in this house used to stay confined to the kitchen — now they are trying to stand equal to men. He says that men earn money for the family, so women should at least provide peace and food when they return home. He adds that they’ve lost peace ever since women began talking about their “rights,” and if needed, he can buy food from outside.
Anuradha explains that she prepared the meal according to their diet, but Kailash angrily asks who she is to decide that. Kundan adds that providing food, clothing, and shelter should be enough for the women. When Arohi tries to intervene, Bua continues manipulating Abhishek by lying that Devika once went against the family’s rules, which led to Anuradha losing her first child.
Arohi stands up for the women and speaks about their rights. Kailash furiously orders Anuradha to go back to the kitchen and behave as before, while Kundan demands the same from Arohi. Arohi reminds Kailash that he had signed an agreement promising not to mistreat her. Kailash, enraged, blames Abhishek for all this and commands Anuradha to stay out of his room and not show him her face again. Heartbroken, Anuradha agrees. Kailash then warns Arohi to either follow the house rules or leave the house altogether.
