The episode begins with Neeti noticing Vishaka at the engagement ceremony. Shocked by her presence, she alerts Roni. Dhairya is equally surprised and wonders why Vishaka came without informing anyone. Vikrant demands that Neetu reveal the truth about Vishaka. Neetu insists that Vishaka is a liar and urges Vikrant not to believe her. Vikrant, however, believes Vishaka is his real mother and questions why Neetu hid this from him. Neetu continues to deny Vishaka’s claims, insisting she is lying.
Roni fears that Vikrant might have learned the truth, and Dhairya is equally taken aback. Raveena thinks that finally, the truth is emerging — that the real Vikrant had died due to illness, and Neetu had brought Aman to impersonate him. Vikrant then learns from Vishaka that she is his surrogacy mother and that she is actually his sister, shocking Roni and Dhairya.
Roni appears unsettled, unable to process the revelation. Mannat notices Roni’s discomfort, realizing he is shocked to learn the truth. Raveena suspects Vishaka of lying. Vishaka hugs Roni and whispers, asking him not to reveal the secret to Vikrant, warning that if he does, he could lose his son forever. Neetu blames Mannat for bringing Vishaka in and calls her bad luck. Vishaka pretends to defend Mannat, apologizing to Neetu and promising not to create trouble in the family. She acts weak, gaining the support of Mannat and Dhairya, which Neetu dislikes.
Vikrant stands firm in his decision to protect Vishaka, revealing that he brought her into the house, not Mannat. Dhairya and Mannat take Vishaka to the guest room, while Mannat suggests calling a doctor. Vishaka refuses. Later, Mannat begins to suspect Vishaka is hiding something, but Shruthi scolds her, warning her not to blindly trust anyone or interfere unnecessarily.
