The episode begins with Dhairya warning Vikrant not to meet Dua, saying that he is not allowed to see her. Vikrant questions Dhairya about his sudden behavior and reminds him that he had already apologized. Vikrant adds that he forgave him, but Dhairya complains that Vikrant keeps changing his decisions and never knows when to trust them or doubt them again.
Vikrant insists that he at least wants to talk to Mannat, but Dhairya refuses and says he is not allowed to speak to her either. Vikrant questions how Dhairya can stop him from talking to Mannat or make decisions on her behalf. Their argument intensifies until Neetu arrives and scolds Dhairya for arguing with Vikrant. Dhairya tells Mannat that they need to leave immediately. Neetu complains that Dhairya is creating unnecessary conflict with Vikrant.
Vikrant expresses his wish to spend time with his family, but Dhairya questions him about who he considers family. He reminds Vikrant of the time he threw them out of the house when Neetu was sick and urgently needed money for surgery. Dhairya points out that Vikrant was absent when they needed him the most and reminds him that they are his true family.
Feeling guilty, Vikrant apologizes for his mistakes and says that his family leaving him would be the punishment he deserves. He again requests to meet Dua, but Dhairya refuses to allow it. Neetu questions Dhairya, asking who he is to stop Vikrant from seeing his own daughter. Frustrated, Dhairya loses his temper and begins packing his belongings. Vikrant leaves the room. Roni scolds Neetu for treating Dhairya harshly.

Dhairya tells Mannat that he cannot stay in the house anymore and insists that they leave. Mannat reminds him that they have not booked tickets yet. Dhairya replies that they can easily book flight tickets and leave immediately. Mannat becomes confused by his sudden behavior. Meanwhile, Neetu continues arguing with Roni, and Yashika overhears their conversation. She begins to suspect that they are hiding something from Vikrant. Suddenly, Yashika faints. Mannat and Dhairya rush to help her, but Vikrant stops Dhairya from calling a doctor and scolds him for creating tension that caused his mother to faint.
Vikrant blames Dhairya for Neetu’s condition and calls the doctor himself. Dhairya tells Mannat that Neetu is deliberately pretending to faint in order to stop them from leaving the house. Mannat asks him to stop accusing Neetu and reminds him that she is still recovering from surgery. Dhairya insists that Neetu is only acting to prevent them from leaving and again urges Mannat to pack their belongings, saying everything will be fine once they return to Indore.
However, Mannat does not believe him and advises him to calm down. Meanwhile, the doctor arrives and examines Neetu. Dhairya and Vikrant begin arguing once again, but Mannat asks them to stop. The doctor informs them that Neetu’s blood pressure has increased and she needs proper rest. He asks whether she has been taking her medicines on time. Neetu thinks to herself that she forgot to take her medicine that day but lies to the doctor instead. Dhairya asks the doctor whether it is safe for Neetu to travel in her current condition. The doctor refuses to allow travel, forcing them to decide to stay in the house for the time being.
Meanwhile, Yashika tells Mallika that they are hiding something important from Vikrant, and discovering the truth could benefit them. Mallika suspects that the secret might be related to Dua’s truth being hidden from Vikrant.
Later, Mannat and Vikrant spend time with Dua. Dhairya notices Deepak handing over a report to Vikrant and fears that it could be Dua’s DNA report. Vikrant later meets Neetu and apologizes to her. He assures her that he will transfer all his property to Dua’s name, but requests that they do not leave the house. Hearing this, Dhairya becomes anxious, fearing that Vikrant may soon discover the truth.
