The episode opens with Jhanak informing Rishi that she wishes to go to Simulboni. Rishi questions when she made this decision. Jhanak clarifies that it is not a result of their previous day’s discussion and adds that since they are husband and wife, she is simply informing him. Rishi then asks when she plans to leave, but Jhanak replies that she has not fixed any date yet.
Rishi mentions that he enjoys spending time with the people of Simulboni, which Jhanak responds to with a sarcastic remark. He explains that he was only feeling bad for Aditi and reminds her that they had agreed to go everywhere together. Jhanak, however, points out that people in Simulboni would celebrate in a way he might not be comfortable with.
Rishi expresses his disappointment, saying he never expected Jhanak to speak to him like this and believed she would understand his situation. Jhanak questions why she should understand him when he does not understand her. She picks up her bag and declares that she will no longer celebrate anything with him, then leaves. Rishi reflects that Jhanak has changed, and he holds himself responsible for it before heading downstairs.
Dadabhai asks Rishi to inquire about Putul’s condition. Rishi replies that he is going to the office. Tanushri mentions that she saw Rishi and Jhanak going to Putul’s house. At that moment, Jhanak arrives. Dadabhai asks her if she is going there, but she denies it. Rishi asks where she is headed, and Jhanak replies that she is going to Aniruddh’s house as he is unwell.
Rishi tries to stop her, saying she does not need to go, but Jhanak refuses to listen. Later, Jhanak meets Anjana and Bablu at Aniruddh’s house. Aniruddh arrives, and Jhanak asks him to sit while inquiring about his health. She brings fruits and chocolates for him, which he questions the need for. Jhanak replies that she bought them with her own college money, but Aniruddh says her presence is enough for him.
Arshi tells Aniruddh to eat before leaving. Jhanak asks about Aditi, and Aniruddh informs her that Aditi is in her room. Jhanak then requests to see the prescription. At that moment, Aditi arrives and praises the doctor’s treatment. Jhanak mentions she is also a doctor and therefore wanted to review it, but Aditi refuses.
Dr. Anshuman enters and is greeted by Aditi. He asks why Jhanak is there, and Aditi questions if he knows her. He explains that Jhanak is an intern at his hospital. Aditi suggests focusing on Aniruddh’s treatment first. Anshuman, however, insists that Jhanak review the prescription. Aditi objects, saying they already trust him, and questions the need for an intern’s input.
Anshuman counters by asking if they do not trust Jhanak. Aditi responds that Jhanak is only indirectly related to Aniruddh. Aniruddh intervenes, clarifying that Jhanak is his daughter. Aditi insists she does not want personal matters discussed in front of the doctor.
After reviewing the prescription, Jhanak informs Anshuman that Aniruddh also has kidney-related issues, which had not been previously disclosed. Anshuman appreciates her observation but remarks that this information should have been shared earlier. Aditi questions whether an experienced doctor requires an intern’s assistance.
