Today’s episode begins with Anupama asking Leela and Hasmuk whether the space of Anu Ki Rasoi is still available. Paritosh informs her that due to the fire incident, the place neither got sold nor has anyone come to inspect it. Anupama then asks Hasmuk if she can take over the space, to which he readily agrees.
She shares her idea of Saavi’s café and proposes reopening it at the Anu Ki Rasoi location. Paritosh warns her not to create new drama, while Pakhi also opposes the idea. However, Ansh, Mahi, Kinjal, and Ishani support her and are confident she will succeed. Encouraged, Anupama decides to move ahead with her plan. When Hasmuk asks where she will stay, Anupama assures him not to worry, clarifying that she is not returning to the Shah house.
Meanwhile, Prem thinks about Rahi and decides to make amends by gifting her flowers and presents and apologizing for his mistake. On the way, he bumps into Digvijay and checks if she is okay. Digvijay returns the gift, leaving Prem reminded of Parag. Feeling emotional, Prem asks Digvijay for a hug, saying Parag is away due to work. Digvijay agrees and hugs him. Prem awkwardly remarks that, due to Parag, he is hugging a stranger, while Digvijay says Parag is fortunate. Prem feels slightly uncomfortable after the interaction.
At the Kothari house, Vasundhara tells Rahi that she is trying to divide the family. Rahi clarifies that she has not spoken to Parag. Anil supports Rahi, while Meeta suggests Anil should speak to Parag since she cannot depend on Khyati for everything. Vasundhara advises Meeta to adjust, accusing Rahi of breaking the family just like Anupama. Rahi asks her to stop dragging Anupama into every discussion, as she is no longer in contact with her. Suddenly, she is shocked to see Shruti.
Anupama arrives at Anu Ki Rasoi and decides to start her “Love You Zindagi” café there, confidently stating that no one can stop her. At the same time, Rahi and Shruti are stunned to see each other. Shruti questions whether she should call her Adhya or Rahi, saying it has been 12 years since they last met. Gautam wonders who has returned from the past, while Vasundhara insists that whoever it is, they should not stay in the house. Prem recognizes Shruti as well.
Hasmuk brings tea for Anupama and reflects on how destiny keeps bringing her back to Ahmedabad. Anupama speaks emotionally about Anuj, calling him a guiding light in her life who always protects her. Hasmuk blesses both Anupama and Anuj. Overcome with emotion, Anupama recalls how Anuj turned her life into a beautiful dream. Hasmuk encourages her to fulfill Anuj’s dream, and she promises to do so.
Hasmuk advises Anupama to keep Digvijay’s presence hidden for now, fearing Leela’s reaction. Anupama questions him, but he assures her he will handle things when the truth comes out. He also asks her not to think about Prem and Rahi and to focus on her work instead. Anupama is surprised at how well he understands her thoughts and asks him to manage her accounts as well.
Meanwhile, Rahi asks Shruti how she found her address. Shruti replies that only Adhya and Anuj were her family, and both are no longer with her. Vasundhara questions their conversation, and Meeta mentions they are speaking privately. Shruti says that if Anuj had not returned to Ahmedabad for the wedding, they might still have been a family. Rahi then introduces Shruti to the Kotharis.
Elsewhere, Anupama feels uneasy, wondering if she was wrong about Prem. A man once again warns her about danger, leaving her anxious and restless. She fears she may not be able to endure another test of motherhood and prays to God for strength this time.
On the other side, Shruti decides to speak privately with Prem and Rahi and begins explaining how she came to know about Rahi.
