The episode begins with Ishana calling out to Mangal for help. Mangal notices Aarav walking away from the scene. With folded hands, she pleads with the goon to release her daughter and take her instead.
Observing that the goon is standing on a large piece of fabric, Mangal cleverly pretends to kneel in surrender. In a quick move, she pulls the fabric, causing the goon to lose balance and fall. She then rescues Ishana and fights him off bravely.
Soon after, the police arrive, take the goon into custody, and leave. Sowmya questions Adit about the police arrival, but he claims he is unaware and adds that it is fortunate their names have not been involved. Sowmya then asks about Aarav, as he was responsible for loading the consignment. Adit dismisses the topic and says Aarav has disappeared, leaving him to manage everything alone. He vows to teach Aarav a lesson once he finds him. Unbeknownst to them, Aarav overhears the conversation but stays hidden.
Mangal questions Jairaj about why Chatterjee has been arrested while Adit and Sowmya have not. Jairaj explains that the police are targeting bigger criminals like Chatterjee and need Adit and Sowmya to remain free for now to reach them. Mangal accepts his explanation.
Later, Adit and Sowmya are seen in a car. Sowmya repeatedly tries to call Aarav, but he does not answer. She suspects that Aarav is spying on them and reminds Adit that he failed to load the consignment and also disappeared afterward. She further recalls how Aarav gave them fake currency notes and was present when the counterfeit money was burned in the godown. Adit, angered, says that once he finds Aarav, he will not spare him.
Adit then asks Sowmya to get down from the car, saying they cannot enter the house together. She agrees and leaves separately.
At home, Kusum praises Mangal for her courage, and Shanti also appreciates her. Adit returns home. Kusum tells Adit that it is good everyone is safe, but Shanti criticizes him for running away during the crisis, adding that only Mangal stood like a shield and saved Ishana when she was held at knifepoint. Mangal requests Shanti to stop and says they should be thankful that everyone is safe.
Gayatri arrives and questions Mangal about her fighting skills, asking if she secretly trained under the name of Shubh Mangal Wedding Planners. Mangal calmly replies that when a daughter is in danger, a mother can even fight God, so a goon is nothing in comparison. Shanti then questions Gayatri for only interrogating Mangal and not asking about Adit’s absence. Adit defends himself by saying he runs a company and avoids the topic.
Later, Adit confronts Mangal and angrily asks what would have happened if something had happened to Ishana. Kusum steps in and defends Mangal, stating that she is the one who saved Ishana. She praises Mangal’s bravery, calling her not just the daughter of the house but also a daughter of the nation. Adit walks away in anger.
Meanwhile, Shubhi recalls how Aarav had tried to misbehave with her during a competition and how Mangal had rescued her while she was getting water. Mangal approaches her, and Shubhi expresses gratitude, saying she does not know what Aarav would have done if Mangal had not saved her. Mangal tells her that people like Aarav must be taught a lesson, otherwise they will continue to exploit others. Shubhi notices Ishana and feels that she knows nothing about the incident. Mangal says she will eventually tell Ishana the truth.
Elsewhere, Sowmya returns home and sees Mangal’s phone ringing. She answers it, and the police inspector assumes he is speaking to Mangal, asking for her statement regarding the complaint she filed. Hearing this, Sowmya becomes suspicious and believes Mangal is spying on them. Furious, she grabs a knife and tries to attack Mangal from behind, but Adit stops her.
Adit asks Sowmya what she is doing. Sowmya insists that Mangal is spying on them, but Adit refuses to believe her. Sowmya challenges him, asking what he will do if she proves it.
