The episode begins with Mannat telling Dua that Abhimanyu is not Vikrant, but only his look-alike. However, Dua refuses to accept the truth and firmly believes that her father is still alive. Mannat sadly explains that she was mistaken and reveals that she tried every possible way to meet Abhimanyu, but he refused to see her. She even visited his family, where they showed her his childhood photographs, proving that he was not Vikrant. Unable to handle the heartbreak, Dua breaks down in tears and runs away.
Later, Mannat privately thinks that she has no other option but to hide the truth from Dua. She fears that Dhairya will understand her intentions if Dua discovers that Vikrant is actually alive. Determined to protect Vikrant, Mannat decides to keep everyone unaware of the truth until she collects enough evidence against Dhairya.
Meanwhile, Yuvi questions Mannat and demands to know what is really happening, but she continues to hide the truth. She asks Mallika to handle Yuvi while she goes after Dua. At the same time, Dhairya becomes suspicious and starts wondering whether Mannat actually met Vikrant. To confirm the truth, he immediately contacts Kumar.
Dhairya asks Kumar whether Mannat found Vikrant. Following Mannat’s instructions, Kumar lies and says that the man is only Vikrant’s look-alike and has a separate family of his own. He further claims that the man did not recognize Mannat and that she misunderstood his identity. Dhairya feels relieved after hearing this explanation, but Kumar is left confused. He silently wonders why Mannat asked him to lie and realizes that something much bigger is happening.
Elsewhere, Abhimanyu desperately tries to stop Manyata from hurting herself. Upset by his silence, Manyata accuses him of ignoring her calls and hiding the truth from her. As she prepares to set herself on fire, Sukhi suddenly opens the door. Abhimanyu immediately reacts, hugs Manyata from behind, takes the matchbox away from her, and calms her down. He promises that he will never lie to her again.
Samragi later scolds Abhimanyu for keeping the truth hidden from Manyata. Sukhi steps forward and takes the blame, saying that the misunderstanding happened because he kept Abhimanyu occupied with work. Seeing Manyata’s emotional condition, Abhimanyu feels guilty and tries to comfort her.
Back at home, Mannat consoles Dua, who is still heartbroken after believing that Vikrant is gone forever. Dhairya joins them and pretends to show concern for the little girl. Mannat notices his fake sympathy and feels disgusted, but she controls her emotions because she knows she cannot expose him without proper proof.

Later, Dhairya advises Mannat to stop holding on to false hopes and focus only on Dua. Mannat cleverly pretends to agree with him. She apologizes for becoming too focused on finding Vikrant and thanks Dhairya for supporting the family during their difficult phase. She tells him that she has decided to stop searching for Vikrant and will now focus only on Dua and Mezbani.
Hearing this, Dhairya becomes extremely happy and completely falls for her act. Feeling confident, he assures Mannat that he will always support her. Mannat thanks him politely while secretly thinking that she has successfully lowered his guard.
