Despite everyone’s concern, Anupama quietly reveals that she is emotionally drained and wants some time alone. Her words reflect the pain of someone who has been deeply hurt by a person she trusted completely.
Digvijay notices that Anupama is trying hard to hide her emotions. He gently approaches her and asks if she wants to share what is troubling her. Anupama thanks him for his concern, but the moment she is left alone with her thoughts, she breaks down. Tears flow from her eyes as memories of Prem come rushing back. She remembers how he once supported her during difficult times, respected her dreams, and encouraged her at every step. Unable to understand his sudden change, she keeps questioning how the same Prem could betray her trust so deeply.
Meanwhile, the situation at the Kothari house turns extremely intense.
Anil loses his temper after discovering Prem’s actions. Without holding back, he slaps Prem in front of everyone. The entire family is left shocked. Anil declares that in Parag’s absence, it is his responsibility to correct Prem’s mistakes. He accuses Prem of damaging the reputation of the Kothari family. According to him, Prem has crossed every limit by insulting Anupama, disrespecting Digvijay, deceiving his own family, and finally committing theft.
Khyati also confronts Prem and says that she has stopped defending him because he no longer deserves anyone’s support. She turns towards Rahi and questions whether she still wants to stand with someone who has admitted to stealing. Rahi is left speechless as she struggles with her emotions.
Before Prem can explain his side, Shruti steps forward to defend him. She questions why everyone has suddenly turned against Prem and asks Anil why slapping him was necessary. However, Vasundhara immediately interrupts her.
Vasundhara says that Anil could not slap Shruti, so he took out his anger on Prem instead. She further blames Shruti for Prem’s downfall and accuses her of ruining his thinking and failing as a mother. She warns Khyati not to target Rahi, saying that the real responsibility lies with Prem and Shruti. Whenever Prem tries to explain himself, Vasundhara stops him, refusing to listen to his justification.
Standing quietly in the background, Gautam observes the entire confrontation carefully.
For the first time, he begins connecting several incidents that earlier seemed unrelated. He recalls Vasundhara’s unusual behavior during the gas leakage incident at Anupama’s café, how she appeared to support Shruti when Prem’s café was about to open, and how her attitude has suddenly changed now. Gautam slowly realizes that Vasundhara may have been manipulating situations according to her own hidden plans. He begins suspecting that her real motive has always been to destroy Anupama’s café and remove anyone who stands in her way.
Back at the Shah house, Anupama continues to struggle with her pain.
She tells Digvijay that the stolen diary is not what hurts her the most. What breaks her heart is seeing how much Prem has changed.
