The sudden notice leaves Karan shocked. He immediately suspects that Gautam may have informed the authorities to create further problems for him.
Meanwhile, Gautam also believes that Karan is behind the complaint and assumes that he is trying to trap him legally. Once again, the two brothers begin accusing each other, and their disagreement quickly turns into another heated argument over the property.
As Karan and Gautam continue fighting, Nandini silently watches them. Their argument reminds her of Tulsi’s painful questions from earlier. She recalls Tulsi asking why the family allowed Shantiniketan to be divided despite Baa’s dreams and principles.
