The episode begins with Bishu calling Nayanika and informing her that Ishaan has been missing since the previous day. Shocked and worried, Nayanika asks what happened.
Bishu tells her that he has already contacted all of Ishaan’s friends, but none of them know where he is. Since Ishaan is also not answering her calls, Bishu fears the worst and wonders what he will tell Ishaan’s mother if something happens to him.
Nayanika assures Bishu that she will reach Mumbai the next day and asks him not to panic. She then ends the call.
Meanwhile, Malini says Nayanika has still not decided where she wants to undergo treatment, so she doubts that Nayanika will agree to stay with them.
Jaydeep says he will convince Nayanika. Madhavi reminds everyone that Nayanika has every right to stay in her parents’ house.
Feeling guilty, Jaydeep says he should have brought Nayanika home much earlier. Malini, however, points out that Nayanika is an independent working woman and that Ujjaini was raised in their family without any problems.
Madhavi disagrees. She says Malini can never understand what Nayanika has gone through. She reminds everyone that Nayanika tolerated the Basu family’s mistreatment only to give Ujjaini a better life.
Malini replies that no one gets everything in life and says there are many women like Nayanika. Madhavi insists that Nayanika was treated unfairly and then asks Jaydeep to leave because they are getting late.
Later, Nayanika meets Subhash and requests leave from work starting the next day. He agrees without hesitation.
Afterward, Nayanika keeps wondering where Ishaan could be. She prays for his safety, recalls the moments they shared together, and breaks down in tears.
Elsewhere, Shisho notices that Ujjaini looks unusually happy and asks her the reason. Ujjaini says the confusion she had about Nayanika and Ishaan’s relationship has finally been cleared.
She hands Shisho a yellow rose and teasingly tells him not to misunderstand her gesture because yellow symbolizes friendship. Shisho smiles without saying a word and looks at the flower.
Later, Nayanika arrives at the college to pick up Ujjaini. Shisho meets her, and Nayanika remarks that he has become much more mature.
Ujjaini notices that Nayanika looks upset and asks if everything is alright. Nayanika smiles and says she simply missed her, which is why she came to pick her up. The two then return home together.
Some time later, Nayanika starts packing her luggage for Mumbai. Ujjaini says she and Shisho will come to Mumbai later.
Just then, Madhavi and Jaydeep arrive. Ujjaini informs them that Nayanika is leaving for Mumbai the next day.
Jaydeep says they would have accompanied her if she had informed them earlier. Nayanika replies that she made the decision only today.
Meanwhile, Shreya comments that since Ishaan is in Mumbai, Nayanika will not face any difficulties there.
Ujjaini immediately reminds Shreya that Ishaan means nothing to their family. Shreya replies that despite not being related to them, Ishaan has always done so much for Nayanika. She even suggests that Nayanika could stay at Ishaan’s house if her doctor allows it.
Annoyed, Nayanika tells Shreya not to interfere in her personal life. She then comforts Ujjaini, asking her not to worry and to focus on her studies instead.
Shreya says she only wants Ishaan’s phone number so she can stay updated about Nayanika. Nayanika remarks that Shreya seems to think about Ishaan all the time.
Shreya insists that she is only concerned about Nayanika before quietly walking away. Ujjaini then hugs Nayanika emotionally.
