The episode begins with Nayanika losing her patience and warning everyone that there is a limit to everything. She tells the family that if they continue troubling her unnecessarily, the consequences will not be good. She then walks away.
Shreya tells Indrani that Nayanika has threatened them. Rusha immediately defends Nayanika, but Indrani questions why Rusha always takes Nayanika’s side. Rusha clarifies that she is not blindly supporting Nayanika and is simply raising her voice against something she believes is wrong.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Dr. Ray informs everyone that Ishaan’s surgery is over, but his body is not accepting the blood. Dr. Ghosh says that there is very little they can do if Ishaan himself is unable to fight for his life. Sunidhi overhears their conversation and becomes worried about Ishaan’s condition.
At home, Nayanika meets Ujjaini. When Ujjaini asks where she had gone, Nayanika says that she went to the temple to pray. Ujjaini asks whom she prayed for, and Nayanika openly admits that she prayed for Ishaan because his surgery was extremely complicated.
Ujjaini taunts her for praying for Ishaan. Nayanika questions what wrong she has done. Shisho immediately supports Nayanika, but Ujjaini asks him to stay out of the matter.
Soon, Sidhuri calls Nayanika and informs her that Ishaan’s body is not accepting the blood and his condition has become critical. She requests Nayanika to come to the hospital and see him. Nayanika asks what Dr. Ray and Dr. Ghosh have said. Sidhuri explains that even the doctors are confused about his condition.
Nayanika immediately starts getting ready to leave for the hospital. Ujjaini tries to stop her. Shreya questions what Nayanika can possibly do at the hospital and reminds her that Ishaan’s critical condition has already been reported in the breaking news.
Jaya also asks Nayanika to stay away from the matter. Grandpa asks whether she actually received a call from the hospital. Nayanika tells everyone that they have no right to question her about where she is going. Ujjaini grabs Nayanika’s hand and refuses to let her leave.
Neil intervenes and asks Nayanika to stop. He accuses her of damaging the family’s reputation. Angana also asks Nayanika to let them live peacefully. Nayanika fires back that they should also let her live peacefully.
Neil questions where she is going. Nayanika tells him that she does not need to answer him. Neil argues that she does have to answer because she is staying in his parents’ house.
Ujjaini then questions how Nayanika can pray for Ishaan while she herself is unwell. She also asks why Nayanika is so desperate to see him. Neil claims that if Ujjaini continues staying with Nayanika, her own life and career will be ruined. He asks Ujjaini to come and stay with him instead, accusing Nayanika of simply wanting freedom.
Nayanika becomes emotional and says that she may not even find liberation after death. She tells them that everything has a limit, and they have already crossed every possible boundary. She refuses to let anyone take away her rights.
Ujjaini dismisses Nayanika’s words as dramatic dialogue and again questions why she is so desperate to reach Ishaan.
Nayanika finally makes her position clear. She says she is going to the hospital as a doctor because the hospital itself called her. Neil accuses her of lying.
Nayanika then says that if Ishaan had been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai, she would have gone there too. Ujjaini asks why she would do that.
Nayanika gives the answer that leaves everyone stunned: she loves Ishaan.
Indrani is horrified by the confession and says she cannot believe she had to hear something like this. Neil scolds Nayanika for making such a statement in front of his parents. Grandpa and Kaka also feel that Nayanika has lost her senses.
Nayanika refuses to take back her words. She tells them that they can say whatever they want, but the truth about her feelings will not change.
She then asks Shisho to make Ujjaini understand. Ujjaini firmly says that she will not allow Nayanika to go to Ishaan. Neil further warns Nayanika that if Ishaan’s surgery fails, she could be blamed for the situation and therefore should stay away from the entire matter.
Shisho tells Ujjaini that she is doing the wrong thing by stopping Nayanika. Shreya warns Shisho not to interfere in their family matters.
Shisho then gives Ujjaini an ultimatum. He says that if she refuses to let go of Nayanika, he will not see her again. Ujjaini finally releases Nayanika’s hand.
Nayanika thanks Shisho, but Ujjaini is deeply hurt. She tells Nayanika that she cannot leave Shisho because he is an important person in her life, but she will never forget what happened today.
Ujjaini accuses Nayanika of choosing Ishaan over her own daughter. She says that by going to Ishaan, Nayanika is effectively walking out of her life forever. She declares that she can never love or respect Nayanika the way she did before.
Ujjaini then gives Nayanika a final choice: her daughter or Ishaan.
Nayanika refuses to choose between them. She says that both Ujjaini and Ishaan are important to her. She tells Ujjaini that even if her daughter removes her from her life, her love for her will never change.
With that, Nayanika walks away, determined to go to the hospital and fulfil her duty as a doctor, leaving Ujjaini heartbroken and their relationship at a breaking point.
