Today’s episode begins with Abhira telling Arman that she is not ready to take over the firm. Realizing how much pressure he has put on her, Arman feels guilty. He promises never to expect her to be a superwoman again.
Arman understands why Abhira misses BSP so much. He reminds her that, in his absence, BSP helped her reach the court, win the case, and save Disha’s baby. He assures Abhira that Myra, Mukti, and BSP will always stand by her.
Later, Abhira gets ready to join the firm. The Poddars celebrate her courtroom victory, while Sanjay quietly becomes emotional.
Feeling for him, Abhira warmly hugs Kajal and Tanya. Arman then announces that the firm is waiting for its new Managing Director and invites Abhira to take charge. Together, the Poddars leave for the office.
Meanwhile, Tanya tells Kajal that the house is empty and suggests they leave quietly. She says they can inform the Poddars after settling elsewhere. Kajal recalls her memories with the family, and Tanya feels sorry for her.
At the office, Sanjay admits during a meeting that although he failed to run the firm successfully, he always remained loyal to it. He announces his decision to resign.
Before he can leave, Abhira stops him. At the same time, Tanya asks Kajal to come with her. Krish pleads with Kajal not to leave, but Kajal says she cannot break the promise she made to Tanya.
In a surprising move, Tanya frees Kajal from her promise. Both Kajal and Krish are left stunned.
Back at the office, Abhira shocks everyone by reappointing Sanjay to the firm. The board members question her decision, but Abhira says Sanjay has made valuable contributions despite his mistakes.
Sanjay is left speechless.
Meanwhile, Kajal refuses to leave Tanya alone. Tanya lovingly tells Kajal that she can visit her whenever she wants. As Tanya walks away, Kajal breaks down in tears.
Before leaving, Abhira asks Sanjay if he is willing to work under her. Without giving any answer, Sanjay quietly walks away.
Later, the Poddars celebrate Abhira’s success. Krish comforts Kajal, while Sanjay struggles to control his anger.
When Krish asks what is bothering him, Sanjay admits he cannot accept working under Abhira. He says he built the firm and questions why Abhira was made the Managing Director.
Krish defends both Abhira and Arman. He reminds Sanjay that if owning a firm meant so much to him, he should have started one himself.
Back home, Abhira is seen washing utensils. Madhav proudly points out that despite becoming the firm’s boss, she has not forgotten her household responsibilities.
During their conversation, Madhav admits he regrets taking early retirement. He says no one is willing to hire him because of his age, leaving him feeling useless. Abhira feels deeply saddened by his words.
Later, Abhira worries that Myra and Mukti may go abroad for higher studies. While discussing their future, Arman wonders how the two of them will find time for each other.
Abhira jokingly suggests a romantic solution, but before they can continue, Myra and Mukti interrupt them.
The girls excitedly tell them about a scholarship program. Abhira and Arman advise them not to participate, fearing that the one who loses may feel hurt.
However, Myra and Mukti decide to prove them wrong and accept the challenge together.
