The episode begins amid heavy rain. Ashwin and Pushpa ask Chirag where he is going with a bag. Chirag tells them he is leaving for an important assignment. Pushpa asks him to be careful, and Chirag hugs them before leaving.
Meanwhile, Shanaya receives a call from a delivery person asking her to collect a parcel. As she steps outside, she notices Chirag heading towards City Hospital. She returns home and learns from Pushpa that Chirag has gone on an important assignment. Worried by the heavy rain, Pushpa hopes he stays safe.
Shanaya becomes suspicious. She wonders why Chirag is going to City Hospital if he is supposedly leaving for work.
On the way, Chirag calls Manva. In an emotional conversation, he asks her to take care of his mother until he returns. After disconnecting the call, Chirag silently wonders whether he will survive after donating his kidney.
Later, Rashi tells Shanaya that she hopes the client likes their children’s clothing designs. Shanaya reassures her that everything will be fine, but she cannot stop thinking about Chirag.
Shanaya notices Manva anxiously pacing upstairs and goes to speak with her. She shares her doubts about Chirag. Manva reveals that Chirag had spoken to her as if he might never return. The two decide to find out the truth together.
Meanwhile, Chirag messages Pushpa, saying he has reached the station safely. Relieved, Pushpa asks Rashi and Shanaya to come inside. Shanaya quietly tells Rashi that she needs to discuss something important.
At the hospital, Chirag undergoes blood tests before donating his kidney.
Shanaya asks Rashi to manage the children’s fashion photoshoot if she does not return on time. She then leaves with Manva. Rashi wonders where they are going and debates whether she should inform Pushpa.
The doctor tells Chirag that if his blood reports match, the kidney donation procedure will begin the next day.
Meanwhile, Shanaya and Manva take an alternate route to City Hospital because the main road is blocked due to the rain.
The next morning, Pushpa asks about Shanaya. Rashi says she has gone somewhere. Deepti criticizes Shanaya, saying she claimed she could save the house from being auctioned but is missing on the day they have to present their designs.
Ashwin defends Shanaya, saying she is trying her best and deserves their trust.
At the hospital, the doctor informs Chirag that his reports are normal and the surgery can take place that very day.
Elsewhere, Bapodhara and his family notice that Manva is missing. Bapodhara reads her message saying she has gone to the hospital for an emergency duty.
Meanwhile, the nurse collects Chirag’s signed consent form before taking him for surgery.
Back at home, Pushpa says everything is ready for the children’s ramp walk. Rashi tries calling Shanaya, but her phone is switched off.
The client informs Rashi that they cannot attend because of the heavy rain. Rashi feels disappointed and says Shanaya had even arranged umbrellas for the children.
Pushpa suggests they continue with the ramp walk anyway and record the performance so the client can watch the videos later. Everyone agrees and records the event.
Meanwhile, Shanaya and Manva finally reach City Hospital. They ask about Chirag, only to learn from the receptionist that he has already been taken to the operation theatre.
