The episode begins with Samragi secretly keeping an eye on Roni. Covering her face with a mask, she creates a scene at the hospital to catch his attention. Refusing to take her medicine, she asks Roni how he would feel if he lost his child. She says she lost her own child and cannot accept the pain.
Roni tells her that some truths have to be accepted. He says he understands her pain because he also lost his only son. He recalls that his son disappeared on his wedding night after falling into a river. Despite extensive searches, his body was never found. He adds that Mannat still refuses to believe he is dead.
Samragi shows Roni a photo of her son and asks him to show his son’s picture as well. Roni shows Vikrant’s photograph and also tells her that Dua is his granddaughter.
Samragi is shocked to realize that Vikrant is actually Abhimanyu and that Mannat is his wife. Before Kumar notices her, she quietly leaves the hospital.
Later, Abhimanyu keeps thinking about Dua’s words. He wonders why they affected him so deeply. Mannat tells him it is because Dua is his own flesh and blood, so it is natural for him to feel connected to her.
Abhimanyu gets angry. Mannat offers him sweets and tells him that Vikrant always got hungry whenever he was upset.
Mannat then reveals that she never told Vikrant about her pregnancy. She says she stayed away from him for seven years. Yet, when he met Dua for the first time, he instantly felt a special bond with her. She believes he recognized his own blood without anyone telling him, and says Abhimanyu is feeling the same connection now.
Mannat adds that Dua believes he has forgotten her because she treated him badly. She assures Abhimanyu that it is not true.
Unable to listen anymore, Abhimanyu stops Mannat. He tells her not to give false hope to an innocent child. He says she is a good person and should not waste her life on him because he is not her Vikrant.
Mannat firmly replies that she is not lying. She says he may ignore the evidence, but the truth will never change. According to her, he is Vikrant.
She promises that she will no longer force him to remember his past because every attempt makes him sick. She decides not to trouble him anymore.
Just then, Manyata arrives to take Abhimanyu away. As he leaves, he wonders if he only imagined seeing Mannat there.
Meanwhile, Samragi notices that Mannat is busy with the wedding rituals. Realizing Mannat is Vikrant’s wife, she decides to do everything possible to stop the wedding.
She reminds Ankit that she had once mentioned Abhimanyu calling out a name while undergoing treatment. Ankit says that was impossible because he had never met Manyata before.
Samragi clarifies that Abhimanyu did not call Manyata’s name—he called out Mannat’s name.
Ankit says they cannot let anyone stop the wedding. Since the Punjab team is repeatedly calling him, he says they must leave soon. Before that, he asks Samragi to find Mannat’s biggest weakness.
Samragi soon notices Mannat spending time with Dua and realizes the little girl could be Mannat’s greatest weakness.
Later, Abhimanyu remains lost in thought. He finds a letter in his pocket that Mannat had placed there. Inside is a photograph of Neetu, along with a note saying she was his mother.
The letter leaves Abhimanyu emotional. However, he suppresses his feelings and forces himself to focus only on Manyata.
