The episode begins with Bishu asking Nayanika to leave before Ishaan sees her. Nayanika leaves immediately.
Ishaan wonders who Bishu was talking to. He approaches him and asks who had come.
Bishu lies and says he was giving orders for food. Ishaan demands the truth, forcing Bishu to admit that Nayanika had come.
Ishaan wonders why Nayanika came alone at this hour. He decides to make sure she reaches home safely.
He goes to the receptionist and asks her to arrange a car for him.
Meanwhile, Ujjaini searches for Nayanika at home and wonders where her mother has gone.
Ishaan spots a taxi and follows it. He wonders if he will get another chance to see Nayanika.
However, he decides to simply make sure she reaches home safely without disturbing her.
Soon, Ishaan meets with an accident.
The taxi driver informs Nayanika about Ishaan’s accident. Nayanika prays for the injured person but thinks she cannot do anything right now because she has to reach home soon.
Meanwhile, Shreya asks Ujjaini what happened. Ujjaini says Nayanika is not in her room.
Indrani arrives, and Shreya tells her that Nayanika has gone somewhere. She asks Ujjaini to go to sleep.
Just then, Nayanika returns. Ujjaini asks where she had gone.
Nayanika lies and says she had to go to the hospital for an emergency case.
Indrani scolds her for going alone at such a late hour. Nayanika asks why she should take someone else’s help when she can handle things herself.
Shreya reminds her that Aakash used to drop her whenever she went out for an emergency case.
Nayanika explains that she did not want to bother anyone at that hour, so she booked a taxi and left alone.
Ujjaini says Nayanika should have informed her. Nayanika replies that she did not want to disturb her.
Ujjaini admits that she was scared. Indrani, however, says they do not even know whether Nayanika is telling the truth.
Shreya adds that trusting Nayanika again is difficult because she had already broken their trust once.
Nayanika tells them that it is their choice whether they want to trust her or not.
Internally, Nayanika feels bad about lying to Ujjaini. She thinks nobody understands her and that she has no choice but to keep her feelings to herself.
Meanwhile, Bishu wonders why Ishaan is not answering his calls.
The police inspector eventually answers Bishu’s call and informs him about Ishaan’s accident.
Bishu becomes emotional and cries as he prays to God for Ishaan’s safety.
Later, Nayanika learns about Ishaan’s accident from the receptionist.
The receptionist tells her that Ishaan is bleeding from his ear and has also suffered a head injury.
Nayanika immediately tells Ujjaini that she needs to go to the hospital because her patient is in critical condition.
She leaves and starts praying for Ishaan.
Nayanika feels that God is bringing her and Ishaan together again, which is why he ended up being admitted to her hospital.
She then asks the driver to drive faster.
