The episode begins with Soumya telling Jeet that her father always taught her never to keep favours from anyone. Jeet quickly understands that she is indirectly asking him to get the required bandages.
Soumya takes Jeet to his father Anup’s chamber. Anup is shocked to discover that Jeet has suffered a fracture. He jokingly reminds Jeet that he is a child specialist and not a “hunda specialist.” He then learns about Jeet’s oath and asks him to come inside for treatment.
Anup asks Jeet whether he is in pain, but Jeet responds rudely. Anup advises him to get a plaster, explaining that it will make his recovery more comfortable.
Meanwhile, Soumya feels special after realizing that Jeet actually listened to her. Pakhi notices her smiling and asks what she is thinking about. Soumya denies having anything specific on her mind and says she was simply thinking about how special it feels when someone genuinely listens to you.
Pakhi soon assumes that Soumya has feelings for Ridhan. She later tells Ridhan that Soumya feels the same way about him and suggests that he propose to her. Ridhan finds it difficult to believe because Soumya has always been uncomfortable around boys. He fears that proposing could damage their friendship.
Pakhi reminds him that Soumya is no longer a child and insists that she has genuinely fallen in love with him.
Later, Roll begins giving music training to Pihu, while Soumya becomes disturbed by everything happening around her. Anup reminds everyone that he had clearly instructed them not to speak to Jeet. He questions Krish about bringing Jeet into his chamber and once again advises Soumya to stay away from him.
At college, Soumya is shocked when she discovers that rumours about her and Jeet have gone viral. Students begin laughing at and humiliating her. Hurt by the accusations, Soumya runs away.
She soon discovers that messages questioning her character have been written across the college. Pakhi confronts the students and asks who is responsible. One student tells her to check the classroom.
When Pakhi and the others enter the classroom, they are stunned to find Soumya’s pictures with Jeet displayed everywhere. Shaurya takes advantage of the situation and publicly humiliates Soumya, accusing her of lying to everyone.
Just then, Jeet arrives. Soumya breaks down and runs into the classroom. Jeet tries to stop her, but she remains overwhelmed by the allegations being made against her.
Soumya hides inside the classroom and cries. Jeet eventually breaks open the door and finds her. He comforts her and asks her to get up. He extends his hand towards her, and after a moment of hesitation, Soumya holds it and stands up.
Jeet then brings Soumya in front of everyone.
Shaurya points out how concerned Jeet seems to be about Soumya. Jeet firmly warns everyone not to question or insult her. Then, in a shocking move, he declares that Soumya is his girlfriend.
Everyone is stunned, including Pakhi. Soumya is completely shocked and immediately lets go of Jeet’s hand.
Shaurya refuses to stop and calls Soumya characterless, claiming that she will eventually leave Jeet. Jeet loses his temper and grabs Shaurya, preparing to hit him. However, Soumya quickly intervenes and stops Jeet from attacking him.
