The episode begins with Shreya informing Indrani that Jaydeep is seriously ill and has been hospitalized. Just then, Nayanika arrives at the house.
Indrani asks Nayanika whether she knows about Jaydeep’s hospitalization. Nayanika is shocked to hear the news and asks why nobody informed her.
Jaya questions whether Madhavi had not told Nayanika anything. Indrani, however, reminds everyone of Nayanika’s recent actions and says there is no reason for the family to inform her about anything.
Malini Cuts Off Nayanika
Nayanika immediately calls Malini and asks why she was kept unaware of Jaydeep’s condition.
Malini gives her a painful answer. She says Jaydeep does not want Nayanika to know anything and the family no longer wants any relationship with her.
Malini further says that people are questioning Nayanika’s character and she cannot tolerate the situation anymore. She asks Nayanika not to come to the hospital and disconnects the call.
Shreya then taunts Nayanika, saying that even her own family wants to cut ties with her.
Rusha tries to comfort Nayanika and asks her to rest. When Shreya sarcastically comments about Nayanika going to the hospital, Indrani asks her what Malini said.
Nayanika emotionally replies that she is now dead to her family. She also says that everyone is gossiping about her relationship with Ishaan.
Rusha feels hurt seeing Nayanika being treated this way and offers to bring food for her.
Nayanika reminds her that she has already brought food for Rusha because she is not even allowed to enter the kitchen.
Jaydeep’s Surgery Creates Tension
At the hospital, Neil tries to reassure Shuboo and speaks with Dr. Ranjith about Jaydeep’s surgery.
Malini reveals that Jaydeep does not have medical insurance, meaning the family will have to bear a significant amount of medical expenses.
Neil assures her that she does not need to worry because he will manage the expenses.
Just then, Nayanika arrives at the hospital.
Shuboo is shocked to see her and asks why she has come.
Nayanika questions the family about why nobody informed her about Jaydeep’s condition. Shuboo tells her that their parents do not want her to know anything and even he does not want her near them.
Nayanika Questions Neil’s Role
Nayanika asks Dr. Ranjith about Jaydeep’s medical condition.
The doctor explains the situation and says that he has already discussed everything with Neil.
Nayanika objects, pointing out that Neil is not a family member and does not know Jaydeep’s complete medical history.
She insists that either she or Shuboo should be involved in making decisions regarding Jaydeep’s treatment.
Neil explains that Shuboo called him to the hospital.
Nayanika accuses Neil of trying to improve his image, but she believes his intentions will not succeed.
Malini again reminds Nayanika that Jaydeep does not want to see her.
Shuboo also asks Nayanika not to make their problems worse.
Neil argues that Nayanika is not Jaydeep’s cardiologist and therefore should not interfere in the medical decisions.
However, Nayanika refuses to leave immediately. She tells Shuboo that she wants to stay there for her father.
Nayanika Offers to Pay for Jaydeep’s Treatment
Shuboo tells Nayanika that he cannot go against Jaydeep’s wishes.
Malini then asks Nayanika to leave and accuses her of disturbing the family’s peace.
Nayanika refuses to accept Neil’s financial help. She tells Shuboo not to take Neil’s money and declares that she will take responsibility for Jaydeep’s medical expenses herself.
After facing repeated rejection, Nayanika finally says that she will leave the city because nobody wants her there.
Neil taunts her and suggests that she can live a luxurious life in Mumbai, which is why she is leaving Kolkata.
Nayanika firmly responds that she can find a job anywhere except Mumbai.
She then leaves the hospital.
Ujjaini Hurts Nayanika Again
Later, Nayanika returns home much earlier than expected.
Shreya questions why she has come back so soon.
Nayanika explains that she could not even meet her father and tells them about the confrontation with Neil.
Ujjaini then gives Nayanika another emotional shock.
She says that even if Neil did something wrong, Nayanika also made mistakes, and she has a problem living with her.
Nayanika is deeply hurt by Ujjaini’s words.
