The episode begins with Indrani getting surprised after seeing the decorations at home. She asks Shreya who is coming, and Shreya says that she has a special demand. She believes that life is short and everyone should enjoy their happiness.
Akash becomes curious and asks Shreya what is going on, especially since the entire family is already present. Ujjaini points out that one person is still missing, but says that it does not matter.
Jaya explains that Nayanika will be late because there is a special programme at the hospital. Indrani sarcastically remarks that she considers herself Nayanika’s enemy, which is probably why Nayanika does not tell her anything.
Jaya reminds Indrani that Nayanika is no longer part of the family, so there is no reason for her to know everything about Nayanika.
Shreya then reveals that she has invited Neil and Angana as well and promises to explain the reason behind the celebration once they arrive.
Soon, Neil and Angana enter the house. Neil jokingly says that he has started getting scared whenever he receives a call from home.
Shreya reminds everyone that Indrani and her husband are completing 50 years of marriage. She announces that the family will celebrate their golden anniversary.
Everyone becomes happy and starts clapping. Neil admits that he had completely forgotten about the occasion, while Akash says that such an important milestone should definitely be celebrated.
However, Jaya asks Shreya whether she plans to invite Nayanika. Ujjaini immediately objects and says that she will not attend the celebration if Nayanika is there.
Nayanika Faces Another Insult
Just then, Nayanika arrives.
Indrani sarcastically comments that nowadays there seem to be singing and dancing programmes even at the hospital.
Jaya asks Nayanika about the programme. Nayanika explains that the hospital management had arranged a special event for Ishaan and every employee was expected to attend.
Ujjaini accuses Nayanika of repeatedly missing family programmes.
Mini tells Nayanika that they were discussing family functions, while Romeo asks her to join them.
Indrani stops them.
Nayanika calmly explains that she is trying to find another place to live as soon as possible. She says that Ujjaini does not want to live with her, and she no longer has a relationship with the others either.
Shreya then taunts Nayanika and says that they are family members, unlike her.
Angana tells Nayanika that she still has time to change her situation. Nayanika responds that she cannot do anything because Ujjaini does not want to live with her.
Heartbroken, Nayanika quietly goes inside.
Ishaan Ignores Nayanika
The next day, a nurse gives Ishaan his file while the senior doctor presents him with a bouquet.
Ishaan announces that he now wants to focus on his shows.
Nayanika approaches him with the medical file and begins explaining his treatment. However, Ishaan deliberately ignores her and starts talking to Bishu instead.
Nayanika feels deeply hurt by his behaviour.
She then asks Bishu to make sure that Ishaan receives proper throat treatment after reaching Mumbai.
Bishu says that he will first focus on finding a suitable marriage proposal for Ishaan.
Ishaan tells Bishu that they are getting late.
Internally, Ishaan thinks that he does not want to meet Nayanika again because he no longer has any right over her life.
Nayanika also feels that perhaps she may never meet Ishaan again. She silently wishes that Ishaan settles happily in his life.
Unable to control her emotions, Nayanika cries.
Ishaan leaves without looking back.
Sunidhi notices Nayanika’s emotional state and advises her to go home and rest. Nayanika receives permission to leave the hospital and gets into a cab heading towards the riverside.
Ishaan’s Final Thoughts
Meanwhile, Ishaan thinks that he will probably never return to Kolkata again.
However, before leaving everything behind, he wants to relive those special moments one last time.
The episode ends with both Ishaan and Nayanika emotionally struggling with their separation, while neither of them knows whether they will ever meet again.
