The episode begins with Ramgopal questioning Sudha’s condition and wondering how she can put Aparajita in such a difficult situation. Aradhya becomes worried because she feels that her marriage with Vivaan now depends entirely on Aparajita’s decision.
Malti tells Aradhya that Aparajita is already facing one problem after another. Aradhya questions why Malti always worries about Aparajita when her own life could be ruined if Aparajita refuses to accept Sudha’s condition. She requests Aparajita to make the sacrifice for her happiness.
Malti says that she cannot interfere in such an important decision. Bua also scolds Aradhya for behaving selfishly. Ramgopal reminds everyone that the matter concerns his daughter’s life and says they should first speak to Sudha.
Aparajita goes into her room and breaks down. She says that she cannot sacrifice her love just to secure Aradhya’s future. Malti asks her to come outside so they can discuss everything, but Ramgopal stops her and says Aparajita should be given enough time to make her own decision.
Meanwhile, Rakshit recalls watching Aparajita’s confession video. He also remembers Sudha asking Aparajita to sacrifice her love for Aradhya. Aparajita tries calling Rakshit, but he does not answer. She then contacts Dubey and learns that Rakshit is not at home, so she decides to go to his office.
At the office, Mohit asks Rakshit to answer Aparajita’s call. Rakshit says he already knows what Aparajita wants to tell him. He is convinced that she will choose her family and sacrifice their relationship. He says that he cannot ask her to stop caring about her family and feels that perhaps he is destined to remain alone.
Mohit tries to give him hope and says that true love always finds a way. Rakshit, however, asks him not to give him false hope and says that he wants to spend some time alone. Mohit leaves him to think.
Elsewhere, Rashmi tells Avinash that she is frightened. Avinash assures her that he is with her and the two enter the marriage registration office.
Meanwhile, Rakshit thinks about how he never imagined that he would lose Aparajita even before truly having her in his life.
Aparajita finally reaches the office and asks Rakshit if he is okay. Rakshit stops her from saying anything because he already believes he knows what she is going to say. He tells her that he wants to hold on to the happiness he experienced recently.
Aparajita asks him why he is still happy. Rakshit then plays her confession video and tells her that hearing her declaration of love made him feel as if she had postponed his death. He reveals that he knows about Sudha’s condition and is also certain that Aparajita is planning to sacrifice her love for Aradhya’s happiness.
Aparajita asks him to stop talking, but Rakshit continues. He says he understands that elders sometimes have to sacrifice their happiness for their siblings. He also tells Aparajita that perhaps love was never written in his destiny and asks her not to feel guilty.
Unable to hear any more, Aparajita suddenly kisses Rakshit to stop him from speaking. She becomes shy and hides under the table. Rakshit sits down beside her and teasingly asks why she kissed him.
Aparajita explains that she did not want to hide her feelings, but Rakshit never gave her an opportunity to speak. When Rakshit asks what she wanted to say, Aparajita finally confesses that she loves him.
She holds his hand and promises that she will not leave him because his happiness matters to her. The two embrace emotionally. Aparajita tells Rakshit that instead of sacrificing their relationship, they should face all the problems together.
She then shares her basic idea. Aparajita asks Rakshit to speak to Sudha one more time and try to change her decision. Rakshit remains doubtful and says his mother is unlikely to change her mind, but Aparajita insists that he should at least make one final attempt.
Rakshit agrees. He kisses Aparajita on the forehead as the title song plays in the background. He then playfully asks her for one more kiss. Aparajita tries to escape, but Rakshit catches her and pulls her closer.
He reminds her that he did not stop her when she kissed him and tells her that she should not stop him either. The two share a romantic moment together as the Nagila Nagila song plays.
The episode ends with Aparajita and Rakshit choosing to fight for their love instead of giving up on each other.
