The episode begins with Dr. Farid introducing Mahid to Sultana. Seher becomes nervous because she fears that Mahid might accidentally reveal her truth. She quickly asks Amal to keep Sultana occupied and signals Farid to stop the conversation.
Mahid remembers how Seher once told him that Sultana had started treating her differently after learning that she was his fiancée. He believes Sultana will respect Seher even more once he introduces her to important people. Mahid shares this thought with Sultana and asks her to meet the Mufti.
Sultana questions why she should meet the Mufti. Amal quickly explains that Mahid is the Mufti of their region and that his friends are Muftis in other cities. She tells Sultana that Mahid wants to introduce his friends to her and takes her away before she can ask more questions.
Farid then tells Mahid that Seher is waiting for him. Mahid excuses himself and goes to meet Seher.
Meanwhile, Nazima arrives at the hospital. A nurse takes her to meet Khalid. However, Nazima notices Insha at the hospital and hides to observe her movements. She becomes suspicious and wonders why Insha has come there.
A nurse stops Insha and asks what she is doing at the hospital. Insha lies that she has come to meet the doctor who is treating her son Kaiz. The nurse informs her that she cannot meet the doctor because the concerned department is closed for the day and asks her to return tomorrow.
Insha pretends to leave but secretly keeps an eye on Seher’s cabin. Nazima becomes even more suspicious after seeing her behaviour. At the same time, a nurse informs Khalid that his wife has gone missing. Khalid orders her to find Nazima immediately.
Elsewhere, Seher is surprised to see the beautiful arrangements made for her. Mahid tells her that he wants to hear her answer before their engagement. Seher pretends that she does not understand what he is talking about.
Mahid reminds her about the previous day and asks whether she remembers what he had asked her. Seher deliberately gives random answers and pretends that she cannot remember anything. Mahid becomes disappointed and feels that his proposal is not important to her.
Seher regrets hurting his feelings but continues pretending that the situation has not affected her.
Meanwhile, Insha secretly enters Seher’s cabin. Nazima is about to follow her, but Khalid suddenly abducts Nazima and takes her away.
Later, Mahid reminds Seher that he proposed to her the previous day. He directly asks whether she truly wants to marry him. He tells her that he wants to spend the rest of his life with her.
Seher becomes emotional. She tells Mahid that she is no longer the same sixteen-year-old Seher she once was. Mahid misunderstands her words and assumes that she is rejecting his proposal. He tells her that she has changed and prepares to leave.
Seher stops him and hugs him. She clarifies that although she is no longer the same sixteen-year-old girl, her heart has not changed. She has never forgotten him and still loves him.
Mahid becomes extremely happy and hugs Seher. Their emotional reunion gives them hope of starting their relationship again.
Meanwhile, Amal notices Haider talking to the financier. She becomes worried that Haider might reveal her secret to him.
Later, Mahid suddenly realizes that he has lost his engagement ring. He tells Seher that the ring is missing, leaving her worried. Seher immediately starts searching for it.
Mahid reassures her and expresses his love. He tells Seher that no matter what happens, their engagement will not be cancelled. He says that he cannot lose Seher again because she is the reason behind his happiness and the reason he is alive today. All he wants is to have her in his life.
Seher becomes emotional while listening to him. Mahid asks why she is crying. Seher replies that the old Seher used to cry whenever she was sad or happy, and those emotions are still a part of her.
Just then, Mahid finds the ring. He once again proposes to Seher and asks her to marry him.
This time, Seher happily accepts his proposal.
