The episode begins with Mannat secretly adding truth serum to the sweets with the intention of making Dhairya confess his crimes in front of everyone. Just as she finishes, Dhairya arrives. Mannat quickly hides the serum and pretends to be busy decorating the cake.
She tells Dhairya that she has prepared a special Janmashtami cake for the children as a surprise gift. Dhairya appreciates her efforts and even helps her decorate the cake.
Later, the children help Mannat arrange the flowers for the celebration. While working, Mannat silently prays to Lord Krishna to help her expose Dhairya’s crimes in front of everyone. She thinks about how Krishna took an avatar to destroy Kamsa and hopes to end Dhairya’s chapter on Janmashtami.
Soon, the priest announces that the auspicious time for the Janmashtami puja has arrived. Mannat asks everyone to participate in the celebrations. Vikrant deliberately stays away from the family because he has to maintain his identity as Abhimanyu. He pretends that he has no interest in participating in their family puja.
Mannat performs the aarti of Bal Gopal. Roni invites Vikrant to join them, but Vikrant refuses. Although he rejects the invitation, he feels bad about upsetting Roni. Meanwhile, Mannat hopes that after exposing Dhairya, she will finally be able to hug Vikrant’s father.
Roni becomes upset, but Dhairya tells him that he is also his son. He then pulls the swing of Bal Gopal and asks Mannat to join him. Mannat politely refuses.
Mannat later tells Roni that she wants to invite Vikrant to participate in the puja. Roni worries that Vikrant may reject her again and does not want to see Mannat become upset. Mannat assures him that she can convince Vikrant and reminds him that Vikrant has to obey her until the seven-day period is over.
Meanwhile, Dhairya remains confident that Vikrant will soon be out of his way once the seven-day period ends. He believes that he will then be able to win Mannat’s heart.
Mannat approaches Vikrant and tells him that husband and wife should pull the swing together. Vikrant initially pretends to refuse. Mannat signals him to continue with the act and threatens that she will not allow him to leave if he does not obey her.
Vikrant finally pretends to agree. He joins Mannat and completes the Janmashtami puja with her. Mannat once again prays that God will help her expose Dhairya.
Later, Mannat distributes sweets among everyone. Bunty immediately grabs a sweet from her hand. Mannat jokingly tells him that it is not an ordinary sweet and that she has prepared something special for him.
She then asks Dhairya to eat the sweets. Dhairya initially refuses, but Mannat tells him that even Vikrant refused to eat them because he did not like her sweets. Dhairya says that he does not have much of a sweet tooth but eventually agrees to eat one.
Dhairya eats the sweet containing the truth serum.
Mannat immediately asks the cameraman to focus on Dhairya and record his reactions. She is now ready to see whether the serum will make him reveal the truth.
Meanwhile, Mallika becomes suspicious of Mannat’s intentions and shares her doubts with Yashika. Yashika asks Mallika not to interfere in their lives. Mallika begins suspecting that Yashika is hiding something from her.
Yashika continues acting innocent and advises Mallika to stay away from their problems. She tells her that getting involved could create unnecessary trouble and convinces her to keep her distance.
Later, Bunty asks Vikrant about his costume. Vikrant jokes with him, while Dua becomes upset. Mannat consoles Dua and tries to cheer her up.
Vikrant notices that Dua is missing a peacock feather from her costume. Dua becomes happy when she realizes that Vikrant has noticed her outfit. Vikrant then gives her a peacock feather, making her smile.
The episode ends with Mannat waiting to see the effect of the truth serum on Dhairya, while the Janmashtami celebrations continue around them. The biggest question now is whether Dhairya will finally reveal his crimes in front of everyone.
