The episode begins with Nawab becoming furious when he sees Heer and Fateh sharing a chocolate while eating together. His jealousy is obvious, especially as Fateh calmly gives Heer advice about how to deal with her problems.
Meanwhile, Heer becomes worried about Nawab and calls Buzzo to ask about him. Before Buzzo can properly respond, Nawab takes the phone from him. He questions Buzzo about Heer and soon learns that she is at the hospital.
Nawab becomes curious about why Heer is there and starts asking Buzzo about her whereabouts and situation. Koyal advises him to stop asking everyone else and simply talk to Heer directly.
Heer later tells Nawab that she has completed her assignment and wants him to read it once before she submits it. Nawab refuses to listen and makes it clear that he does not want to get involved in anything related to her.
Heer explains that she cannot afford to fail, which is why she has no choice but to submit the project. Their conversation quickly turns into an argument, with neither of them willing to back down. Despite Nawab’s objections, Heer eventually submits the project because she believes it is important for her studies and future.
Afterward, Heer explains to Nawab why submitting the assignment was necessary. Nawab loses his temper and begins lashing out at everyone around him, although he eventually manages to control himself.
He then decides that he needs to speak to Heer privately. Nawab asks Buzzo and Koyal to give them some space and tells Heer to sit inside his car.
However, his intentions soon take a disturbing turn. Nawab locks Heer inside the car, leaving her shocked and frightened.
Nawab tells Heer that he is not a fool and appears determined to make her understand his anger. Heer feels completely betrayed and tells him that perhaps trusting him was her mistake.
The situation becomes dangerous when Heer begins feeling trapped and helpless. She cries for help and struggles to breathe inside the locked car as her condition starts deteriorating.
Just when things seem to be getting worse, a stone suddenly crashes through the car window.
Heer is shocked to see Cherry standing there. Cherry has broken the window to rescue her and immediately pulls Heer out of the vehicle. She gives Heer some water and asks who locked her inside.
Cherry is furious when she learns that Nawab was responsible. Heer, however, asks Cherry not to take the matter further and suggests that they should first check on her sister.
Cherry clearly cannot forgive Nawab for what he has done.
Later, Heer asks Cherry’s sister about her discharge and learns that Cherry has gone to meet the doctor. Suddenly, the atmosphere changes when Heer notices the police arriving at the hospital.
The police head straight toward Nawab and inform him that he is under arrest.
Cherry confronts Nawab and accuses him of locking Heer inside the car against her will. Furious over his actions, Cherry even thrashes Nawab and declares that this time she will make sure he is punished.
The police begin taking Nawab away while Heer watches silently, hiding her face.
However, seeing Nawab being arrested brings back memories of the promise she once made to him when they were together. Despite everything that has happened, Heer cannot bring herself to let him be arrested.
She suddenly stops the police and tells them that the complaint against Nawab is wrong. She requests them to release him and insists that they should not take him away.
Cherry is stunned by Heer’s decision. She questions why Heer is still protecting Nawab after everything he has done to her.
Nawab, meanwhile, tells Heer to stay away from him, despite the fact that she has just saved him from arrest.
At that moment, a nurse informs Nawab that his mother needs her medicines. Heer once again requests the police to leave Nawab.
Nawab warns Heer that this is not the end of the matter.
Cherry remains determined to take action against Nawab and tells Heer that she will not spare him. Heer questions why Cherry is becoming so involved in her personal matter.
