The episode begins with Nawab losing control after seeing the boys who misbehaved with Cherry. He angrily thrashes them, leaving everyone shocked. Buzzo immediately asks Heer to stop Nawab before the situation gets worse.
Heer steps forward and requests Nawab to calm down, telling him that everyone is worried about him. However, Nawab’s anger only increases when he sees her. He blames Heer for his anger issues and says that whenever he sees her, he is reminded of everything that happened between them.
Nawab cannot stand seeing Heer behave as though everything is normal. He tells her that he will only be able to return to normal if she disappears from his life. He then angrily asks her to get lost.
Heer finally confronts him and reminds him that the moment Nawab broke her trust, their relationship came to an end. She tells him that he completely destroyed her and makes it clear that he is not the only one suffering because of their broken relationship.
Nawab refuses to accept this and accuses Heer of playing the victim card. He asks her what she has actually gone through.
Furious, Heer challenges Nawab to hit her if doing so will make him feel better. Koyal questions what Heer is trying to do, but Heer continues provoking Nawab. She tells him to hit her so that he can finally feel relaxed after seeing her lying in a hospital.
Nawab suddenly becomes concerned and asks Heer what has happened to her. Heer asks him to let go of her hand, but the confrontation becomes too overwhelming. She suddenly suffers a panic attack.
Koyal immediately consoles Cherry while everyone becomes worried about Heer. Somehow, Heer manages to get up and runs away, heading straight to her mother.
Heer Regrets Confronting Nawab
Nilu takes Heer inside the house and tries to calm her down. Heer regrets getting involved in the confrontation and feels that she should never have spoken to Nawab.
Meanwhile, Nawab tells Buzzo that he has broken the promise he had made. Nilu suggests that Heer should talk to Nawab and try to resolve their differences, but Heer firmly refuses. She makes it clear that she does not want to speak to Nawab anymore.
Ajit then reminds Heer that she still has to appear for her examination because he has taken a loan to support her education. Nilu asks Ajit not to taunt Heer, but Ajit explains that he has borrowed a huge amount of money for her and therefore expects her to listen to him and fulfil her responsibilities.
Nawab Rushes to the Hospital
Meanwhile, Nawab tells Buzzo that if anything happens to his mother, he will never be able to forgive himself.
Just then, Dilip calls Nawab with worrying news. Nawab learns that Gulab is unwell and immediately rushes to the hospital.
He blames himself for breaking his promise and becomes extremely anxious about his mother. At the hospital, Nawab tells Dilip that Gulab had specifically asked him to stay away from Heer.
He also complains that Heer behaves as though she is the only person who has suffered because of their painful separation.
Fateh Decides to Stay Back
Elsewhere, Arjun gives first aid to Waris after he gets injured. Fateh tells Arjun that if he had not arrived at the right time, Waris could have suffered an even worse beating.
Waris thanks Fateh for helping him.
Soon, Fateh learns that his father is coming to college because the Dean has called him. His father wants Fateh to move to Canada, but Fateh reveals that he is currently searching for someone and does not want to leave.
Meanwhile, Ajit brings Heer to college so that she can appear for her examination. Heer receives a message asking her to submit an assignment within an hour, but she refuses to meet the boy who is waiting for her.
She leaves the place, while Fateh tells his father to stay away from him.
Ajit later meets Shergill and assures him that everything will become normal soon.
Heer Becomes Concerned About Nawab
Heer soon learns that Nawab has gone to the hospital with Koyal and Buzzo. Despite everything that has happened between them, she cannot hide her concern for him.
Eventually, Nawab learns that Gulab is fine. He feels relieved, while Koyal and Buzzo stay beside him and support him through the difficult moment.
Meanwhile, Cherry meets Fateh and thanks him for helping them. Waris jokingly tells Cherry that she should keep thanking Fateh.
Fateh asks Waris not to involve him in their personal matters. However, Cherry and Waris soon begin arguing like a married couple.
Waris then shocks everyone by declaring that Cherry is his girlfriend, leaving Fateh awkwardly caught between them.
Cherry Clarifies Her Relationship With Waris
Later, Cherry meets Fateh privately and explains that there is absolutely nothing between her and Waris. She tells Fateh that she wants someone sensible in her life.
Fateh, however, asks Cherry not to disturb him and continues trying to maintain his distance.
Meanwhile, Koyal offers Nawab a chocolate in an attempt to cheer him up. Coincidentally, Heer also goes out to buy the same chocolate.
Fateh wants to buy the chocolate as well, but it is unavailable. Heer notices Fateh and decides to share her chocolate with him.
During their conversation, Heer asks Fateh about the pain he is going through. Fateh realizes that Heer can understand his pain, creating an unexpected emotional connection between them.
Heer thanks Fateh and tells him that his songs have helped her feel comfortable during difficult moments. Fateh quietly watches her, appearing deeply affected by her words.
A New Misunderstanding Begins
On the other hand, Waris notices how easily girls seem to be attracted to Fateh and comments about it to Arjun.
Arjun secretly takes and sends a picture of Fateh and Heer together, creating the possibility of another misunderstanding.
