The episode begins with a terrifying moment as Nawab rushes a badly injured Heer to the hospital. Seeing Heer in such a critical condition leaves him completely shaken.
Without wasting another second, Nawab lifts Heer in his arms and carries her inside. Waris is stunned when he learns that Heer has suffered a serious injury.
At that moment, Nawab cares about nothing except Heer’s life. He desperately tries to make sure she receives immediate medical attention.
Nawab decides to remain at the hospital by Heer’s side. However, Nilu stops him and asks him to leave.
Nilu is furious with Nawab and directly blames him for Heer’s condition. Nawab strongly denies the accusation and insists that he has not harmed Heer.
Nilu refuses to listen to his explanation. Cherry and Fateh also confront Nawab, accusing him of continuously torturing Heer and putting her through immense emotional trauma.
Nawab reminds Nilu that she already knows about Heer’s sleepwalking problem. He suggests that something related to it may have happened, but his explanation fails to calm anyone.
Ajit angrily questions Dilip about where they were when Heer was in trouble. Nawab immediately asks Ajit to stay away from the matter.
Ajit reminds him that he is Heer’s father and has every right to worry about his daughter. Nawab then asks Nilu to send Ajit away.
Nilu makes it clear that Nawab will not get any answers from them. According to her, Nawab himself has become the biggest threat to Heer.
The situation becomes even more serious when Cherry tells everyone that Heer suffered a panic attack because of Nawab.
The Dean also gets involved and informs Nawab that he will have to face an official inquiry. Nawab tries to explain what actually happened, but Nilu refuses to hear anything more and asks him to leave.
With the situation completely out of control, Dilip takes Nawab away while Heer remains unconscious inside the hospital.
Away from everyone, Nawab finally breaks down. He looks at the bloodstain on his hand and desperately tries to wipe it away.
However, the blood only reminds him of Heer’s condition. Nawab blames himself for everything that has happened and becomes emotionally shattered.
Despite all the accusations against him, his biggest fear is that something might happen to Heer. He decides that he must find out exactly what happened to her and why her condition has suddenly become so serious.
Meanwhile, Cherry continues accusing Nawab and refuses to believe that he could have any good intentions towards Heer.
Waris, however, tells Cherry that he does not believe Nawab could intentionally harm Heer. Fateh is surprised to hear Waris defending Nawab and questions why he is taking Nawab’s side when he supposedly hates him.
Waris clarifies that he is not defending Nawab. He is only warning Cherry to stay away from him.
Cherry reminds everyone that Nawab will now have to face an inquiry because of what happened to Heer.
At the same time, Cherry becomes so disturbed by everything happening at college that she decides to leave. However, she suddenly remembers that she has left her keys inside.
Knowing that it could be risky to go back, Cherry decides not to take the chance and calls someone for help.
Meanwhile, Waris also remembers that he has left his keys at the college, unknowingly getting himself involved in another unexpected situation.
Back at the hospital, Priti tries to console Nilu and encourages her to inform Nawab about Heer’s condition.
Nilu reveals that Heer had specifically told her not to tell Nawab anything.
Nilu is also desperately trying to arrange blood for Heer when the nurse informs her that they need a donor. Unfortunately, Nilu cannot donate blood because she has diabetes.
The tension rises as everyone waits for someone who can save Heer.
Dilip takes responsibility for Heer’s treatment and promises to do everything possible to ensure that she receives the best care.
Meanwhile, Nawab learns that Heer is losing confidence in her ability to stay alive. The information completely breaks him.

Meanwhile, Nawab secretly decides that he cannot stay away from Heer. He disguises himself as a doctor and attempts to enter the ward so that he can see her.
However, Ajit stops him and questions him about why Heer is still not recovering. Nawab tells Ajit that he will find out what has happened to Heer and why she is in such a condition.
Nawab eventually manages to get close to Heer. He notices that she is blabbering while asleep.
As he watches her carefully, he notices the Juliet locket. The sight of the locket brings back his emotions.
Nawab gently puts the locket around Heer’s neck and kisses her forehead, trying to make her comfortable. Seeing Heer so helpless completely breaks his heart.
Nawab hears Heer saying something in her sleep and desperately tries to understand what she is trying to tell him.
Before he can figure it out, the real doctor arrives and questions Nawab about what he is doing inside the ward.
Nawab immediately begs the doctor not to reveal his identity to anyone. He explains that Heer is a fighter and insists that she will survive this difficult phase.
The doctor then informs Nawab that Heer urgently needs blood and that someone has already come forward to donate.
Meanwhile, Waris arrives at the college to collect his keys and accidentally collides with Arjun.
Waris quickly tries to divert Arjun’s attention because he has already found the keys. He then learns that someone has taken the fuse, creating another suspicious situation.
Despite everything happening around him, Waris reassures Arjun that Heer will be fine soon.

Without caring about the consequences, Nawab begins donating his blood for Heer. The blood is then transferred to Heer, giving her a chance to survive.
Nawab silently watches as the blood he donated reaches Heer. Despite all the accusations against him, he is willing to do anything to save her.
Finally, the doctor confirms to Nilu that Heer is out of danger. Nilu becomes emotional and thanks God for saving her daughter.
However, another dramatic situation unfolds outside the ward. Fateh regains consciousness and grabs Nawab by the collar.
Waris and Cherry immediately intervene and stop the two from fighting.
Nawab desperately tries to convince everyone that he cannot hurt Heer. He insists that whatever everyone thinks about him, he could never intentionally cause harm to the woman he loves.
Koyal then tells everyone that Heer is safe but makes it clear that Nawab still cannot go and meet her.
Koyal asks Nawab to respect Heer’s condition and give her the space she needs.
