The episode begins with Nawab praying for Heer and desperately wanting to meet her.
Despite everyone trying to stop him from meeting Heer directly, Nawab refuses to give up. Determined to see her at any cost, he decides to climb up through the pipeline.
However, while trying to reach Heer, Nawab’s hand suddenly slips. Just when he is about to fall, Heer manages to grab him.
Nawab eventually falls onto Heer. As he looks at her, he realizes once again that Heer is always the one who ends up saving him.
Nawab asks Heer to tell him what happened to her during the last seven months. He reminds her that everything has changed and even his mother fell because of her.
Heer refuses to reveal anything. She tells Nawab that she will not tell him what happened and asks him to simply watch her suffer.
Nawab tries to calm her down, but Heer suddenly starts yelling at him. Her condition quickly worsens and she suffers another panic attack.
Seeing Heer in distress, Nawab immediately calls the doctor.
After examining Heer, the doctor realizes that she is going through severe trauma.
Ajit, however, blames Nawab for Heer’s condition. He tells Dilip that if Nawab is not taken away from Heer, he will have no choice but to call the police.
Dilip then questions Nawab about why he continues disturbing Heer and firmly orders him to stay away from her.
Meanwhile, Cherry is determined to punish Nawab and starts looking for evidence against him.
Waris tries to divert Cherry’s attention away from Nawab. However, Cherry senses that there is something much more personal between Waris and Nawab.
She refuses to drop the matter and remains determined to discover the truth.
Nawab promises Dilip that he will stay away from Heer, but his heart refuses to accept it.
He once again tries to meet Heer, but Ajit stops him.
Ajit tells Nawab that Heer is dead to him and asks him to forget her.
Nawab refuses to back down. He tells Ajit that one day he will uncover the truth because he strongly believes that Ajit is responsible for Heer’s current condition.
Nawab openly challenges Ajit and makes it clear that he will not stop until he discovers what really happened to Heer.
Later, Nilu brings Heer to the hospital for an MRI scan.
Before entering the machine, Heer is asked to remove all metallic objects. She notices her Juliet locket and quietly hands it over to Nilu.
Heer then tells Nilu that Nawab has not hurt her. She says that he only wants to know what happened to her.
Heer lies down for the scan, and the doctor instructs her not to move.
As the MRI begins, Heer suddenly hears the sound of a whistle.
The sound triggers something inside her. She starts panicking and imagines Nawab asking for help.
The doctor immediately stops the procedure and takes Heer out of the machine.
Nawab is shocked to see Heer in such a disturbed condition.
The doctor asks Heer to keep breathing and tries to understand when her panic attacks started.
Nilu lies to the doctor and claims that Heer has been afraid of the dark since childhood.
However, the doctor finds no evidence of such childhood trauma.
Nawab hopes that Heer will finally reveal the truth, but Heer insists that she is completely fine.
Later, Nilu confronts Heer and tells her that she cannot continue hiding the truth forever.
Heer admits that she does not want anyone to know what happened to her.
She fears that if the truth comes out, her entire life will be destroyed.
Meanwhile, Nawab’s curiosity continues to grow. He becomes increasingly convinced that Heer is hiding something extremely serious.
At the same time, Cherry continues her investigation.
She wants to find out who had access to the key and refuses to give up.
Waris becomes increasingly nervous and tries to stop her. He wants to keep Cherry away from the truth for at least two hours, but Cherry remains suspicious.
Nawab then visits Gulab with a red rose and begins sharing his feelings about Heer.
He tells Gulab that something terrible has happened to Heer and says that he believes Ajit is somehow responsible.
Nawab asks Gulab to give him a sign if he is right.
Suddenly, Gulab responds, giving Nawab the answer he was desperately looking for.
Elsewhere, Ajit tells a man that Heer is having difficulty staying in Chandigarh.
Nawab continues trying to connect the clues, while Ajit discusses sending Heer and Fateh back to Chandigarh with Shergill.
Waris once again tries to stop Cherry from investigating further.
He questions why she is so concerned about Heer and then tries to distract her by asking whose song Fateh is singing.
Waris asks Cherry to listen to the song and later offers to help her get Fateh if she helps him.
Cherry, however, remains focused on finding the truth.
She heads towards the Dean, but Waris manages to stop her.
Meanwhile, Fateh remains focused on Cherry, leaving her completely exhausted by the situation.
Nawab later learns from Koyal that Heer has shut herself off from everyone.
Buzzo advises Nawab to focus on his disciplinary hearing because Cherry is already after him and the situation could become even more serious.
The disciplinary hearing begins, with the Dean questioning Nawab about the incident.
Nawab firmly denies harassing Heer and calls the stage incident a freak accident.
Cherry refuses to accept his explanation and presents evidence against him.
Nawab immediately claims that the evidence has been fabricated.
Cherry then makes a shocking discovery – Waris had access to the keys.
She confronts Waris and accuses him of switching off the lights.
Cherry calls Waris a liar and tells him that he has been manipulating her all along.
Waris finally reveals that his intention was to take revenge on Nawab, not to harm Heer.
Nawab becomes furious with Waris and moves towards him in anger.
Arjun manages to control Fateh as the situation becomes heated.
Just when things are about to escalate, Heer stops Nawab from attacking Waris.
She then tells the Dean that neither Nawab nor Waris is responsible. She makes it clear that she does not want any hearing or further investigation.
However, Nawab refuses to let the matter end there.
He stops Heer once again and desperately asks her what really happened to her.
Nawab tells Heer that he will not leave her alone until she finally tells him the truth.
The episode ends with Nawab becoming more determined than ever to uncover Heer’s hidden truth.
