Today’s episode begins with Jaya blessing the Shah family members who are dressed as Lord Krishna.
Anupama asks Jaya who will bless her. Jaya happily blesses Anupama.
Meanwhile, Digvijay talks about the cake. Jaya and everyone else become excited about the cake prepared by Anupama.
Soon, they start arguing over who will finish the cake. Anupama assures them that she will make enough cake so everyone gets a sufficient share.
Anupama then remembers Anuj and wishes him a happy birthday.
She says that her wait has been very long and asks Anuj to return, as it has been a year since she last saw him.
Jaya tells Anupama that she is not stopping. Anupama replies that Jaya will not come under control because she is dressed for the celebration.
Kinjal says everyone looks wonderful and adds that she is happy to see the family enjoying themselves.
However, Anupama remains worried about the relationship between Leela and Hasmuk. She feels that everyone is only pretending to smile.
Kinjal asks Anupama not to spare Paritosh and Gautam.
Anupama vows to teach both Paritosh and Gautam a lesson. She recalls Lord Krishna’s teachings and says that if Krishna could lift a mountain to protect others, then one should not hesitate to take up arms when necessary for someone’s safety.
Meanwhile, Leela looks for Prerna and blames her for disappearing with Ansh during the festival.
Jaya tells Mahi that she cannot go anywhere. Ishani also asks Mahi where she is going.
Mahi reveals that she is leaving for Delhi for a few months because she has joined a jewellery designing course.
Anupama asks why Mahi chose to leave on the festival day without informing everyone earlier.
Leela complains that everyone in the house is doing whatever they want. She orders Mahi to go inside.
However, Mahi remains determined to leave.
Anupama asks Mahi to be careful and keep everyone updated. Jaya blesses her and Anupama wishes her success.
Ishani asks Mahi to keep calling them. Kinjal also tells her to contact her whenever she needs anything.
Hasmuk asks Mahi to stay happy.
Leela becomes emotional and says that Mahi is just like Kavya. She complains that as soon as Mahi received money, she decided to leave.
Leela wonders what else she has to see and asks God to take her away.
Anupama tries to calm her down.
Meanwhile, Rahi prepares for the Janmashtami celebrations.
Vasundhara asks Rahi to do whatever is necessary to get Prem’s signature on the papers. She also tells Rahi not to make faces as if she is taking something away from her.
Rahi says that no matter what she does, Vasundhara will never be impressed.
She further tells Vasundhara that her happiness or sadness does not affect her. Rahi reminds her that today is Anuj’s birthday, yet Vasundhara remains completely unaffected.
Vasundhara is left stunned by Rahi’s words.
Prerna then returns home and shares the good news that Ansh has received a gaming contract.
She also reveals that they have booked a flat.
Ishani jokingly says that Ansh has given them a goodbye surprise in the envelope containing the good news.
Anupama supports Ansh and Prerna’s decision.
Leela becomes upset again, saying that Mahi has left and now Ansh and Prerna are also leaving.
Anupama asks her to calm down, while Hasmuk requests Leela to speak softly.
Prerna tells Anupama that next time she should bring the box of sweets to her home.
Anupama then says that the private bank has agreed to give her a loan and that she will get the paperwork executed.
Meanwhile, Rahi asks Prem to sign the papers.
Prem signs them, but makes it clear that despite his signature, the café will belong only to Rahi.
Anupama and the Kothari family then pray to God.
The Shahs and the Kotharis come together to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna.
The family enjoys the Dahi Handi celebration.
Anupama cuts the cake with Jaya and celebrates Anuj’s birthday as well.
Rahi and Prem join Anupama in celebrating Anuj’s birthday.
