The episode opens with Anjali accusing Chandraman in front of reporters, declaring him a fraud who is only trying to salvage his public image. In response, Chandraman confronts her and challenges her to talk about Raghav and the Rajput family if image is the real issue. He goes on to insult Raghav, making derogatory remarks and claiming he will reveal the truth. Anjali retorts, calling him a corrupt politician and telling him not to speak of truth. Their confrontation escalates into a heated argument, prompting the police to step in and urge them not to cause a scene at the hospital. Chandraman then leaves.
Afterward, Bhajan threatens Anjali, warning that she and her entire family are doomed. Unfazed, Anjali calmly responds that once Raghav permits her to represent him, she will teach them all a lesson. Bhajan shouts at her again, but she responds firmly and drives him away with her sharp words.
Later, Anjali calls Mehek and asks for her help in saving Raghav. Mehek expresses concern, reminding Anjali that she already agreed to marry Yuvraj for the sake of her father. Anjali clarifies that she doesn’t need Mehek to actually marry him—just to pretend to be in love and uncover his plans. Mehek agrees to assist.
Anjali sends Mehek a phone number and instructs her to call it. She explains that the person answering will pass the phone to Yuvraj. Mehek is surprised, asking how that’s possible inside a prison. Anjali tells her not to worry about the logistics, and Mehek goes ahead with the call.
Mehek dials the number and asks the person to give the phone to Yuvraj, saying it’s Mehek on the line. When Yuvraj answers, he sarcastically asks if she’s calling to mock him. Mehek replies that she misses him. Taken aback, Yuvraj asks if she’s serious. Mehek tells him he was her first love and she hasn’t been able to forget him. She probes further, asking whether he held Padma’s hand because he was intoxicated or if there were deeper feelings involved. Yuvraj insists that Padma means nothing to him and that Mehek is the only one he loves.
Mehek then asks what future lies ahead for them now that he’s in jail. Yuvraj reassures her that he won’t be behind bars for long and hints at having a plan. Though initially guarded, he eventually begins to reveal his strategy after Mehek skillfully gains his trust.
