Today’s episode begins with Anupama asking the doctor why she called them urgently. She immediately asks whether everything is fine.
Anupama tells the doctor that Rahi has been taking her medicines regularly. However, the doctor explains that in a case like Rahi’s, medicines can only help to a limited extent.
The doctor reminds Anupama that she had already advised Rahi to avoid taking stress. She explains that Rahi’s stress levels are continuously increasing and that she needs Anupama’s support.
The doctor then warns Anupama that if Rahi’s stress does not come down, it could create problems for her in conceiving in the future. She asks Anupama to spend more time with Rahi.
Rahi becomes worried and asks Anupama if she may not be able to become a mother in the future.
Anupama reassures her that the doctor called her because she needs to support Rahi. She asks Rahi what is troubling her when everything appears to be fine between her and Prem.
Rahi finally breaks down and reveals that Vasundhara wants her to transfer the café to Prem’s name.
She tells Anupama that Vasundhara is judging her love for Prem. Rahi also says that Vasundhara has a problem whenever she talks to Anupama.
Rahi feels that she does everything she can, yet Vasundhara is still not satisfied with her.
She says she cannot understand how she can transfer the café to Prem when Shruti handed it over to her with so much love.
Anupama tells Rahi that she has never interfered in her household and will not do so now either.

Anupama tells Rahi that she is making a mistake by giving in to the pressure. According to Anupama, Vasundhara is manipulating her, but allowing herself to be manipulated is also wrong.
Rahi asks Anupama what she should do.

Rahi and Anupama remember Anuj and become emotional. Anupama asks Anuj to return because the wait has become too long.
Rahi also asks Anuj to come back.
Rahi then asks Anupama that if Anuj talks to her so much, why did he never tell her to seek help from Prem and Rahi.
Anupama explains that Anuj has always had confidence in her dreams. She says that Anuj always believed that she would win.
Anupama then asks Rahi not to worry about her loan and instead focus on herself.
Rahi hugs Anupama emotionally.
Later, Anupama continues thinking about Rahi. She encourages herself to remain strong and handle everything.
Meanwhile, two clients arrive at Anupama’s café. They discuss providing loans to people who are rejected by banks.
Anupama becomes curious and asks them about the loan.

Meanwhile, Paritosh tells Gautam that he will not go to jail alone.
Anupama overhears their conversation and firmly tells them that both of them will go to jail.

Gautam tells her that she has no proof against him.
Anupama confidently replies that she will find the proof.
She warns Gautam that the day she gets the evidence, nobody will be able to save either him or Paritosh.
