In today’s episode, Anupama notices a young girl selling bindis on the metro. The girl becomes emotional, prompting Anupama to ask what’s wrong. The girl explains that she has an exam but is also trying to manage her small business. She tearfully shares that people don’t take her seriously—most just pass time without buying anything. Moved by her story, Anupama decides to help by selling the girl’s hair accessories herself.
A fellow passenger, curious about Anupama’s actions, asks if she has started a new business. Anupama explains that the girl’s studies were suffering due to her work, so she stepped in to help. With her charm and persuasion, Anupama successfully sells the accessories. The moment brings back memories of her past with Anuj. Soon after, she receives a phone call and feels it’s a sign that God is rewarding her kindness.
Meanwhile, Kinjal is shocked by the messy state of Pakhi’s room. When she confronts Pakhi, the latter dismissively asks why Kinjal is there. Kinjal criticizes Pakhi and Ishani for doing nothing all day and letting the room get so dirty. Pakhi mocks Kinjal for lecturing her and takes a dig, blaming Ishani for Pari’s marriage to Raja—claiming Ishani left Raja, which gave Pari the chance to marry him. Kinjal replies that Pari and Raja were destined to be together and expresses hope that Ishani finds a good life partner soon. Pakhi confidently says Ishani will marry a wealthy man, even if no one prays for it. She also reveals her plan to move in with Ishani after her wedding. Kinjal firmly tells her to clean the room. Pakhi taunts Kinjal, saying she’s acting just like Anupama.
Elsewhere, Ansh is worried about Prarthana. Hasmuk advises him to calm down. Ansh then learns that Prarthana is hospitalized and rushes to see her.
Back on the metro, Anupama gives the earnings to the girl. Another passenger praises her for her compassion.
Ansh reaches the hospital and, deeply concerned, tells Prarthana that he’ll take her home himself if necessary—even if it means leaving his own home. Leela observes Ansh’s devotion and begins to worry, suspecting that he’s acting like the baby belongs to him.
Anupama then arrives at the Pawar residence, where she is welcomed warmly. She is asked to prepare traditional Gujarati food for the guests. While cooking, she finds out that the guests are Anil and Prem. She suspects that Rahi may also be coming and feels a mix of emotions—eager to see Prem and Rahi, yet aware that Rahi wants nothing to do with her.
Elsewhere, Mahi waits for Prem to answer her call. Vasundhara finds her in the kitchen and scolds her for complaining about Rahi enrolling in a dance course. Mahi argues that someone needs to manage the household, but Vasundhara reminds her that she’s capable of doing that herself. Mahi insists she has office responsibilities. Vasundhara sternly warns Mahi not to create a rift between Rahi and Prem. Mahi is left stunned and bitter, thinking that as long as Vasundhara is around, she can never gain control of the office.
Meanwhile, Anupama worries that Prem might recognize her through the taste of the food. At the hospital, Ansh suggests Prarthana take time off work, but she says she can’t afford to. He advises her to file a police complaint, and she appreciates his concern. Still, Ansh remains troubled about her future.
Later, Anupama learns that Prem gave up his passion after Parag walked away from the business. She also finds out that Khyati is suffering from trauma. Anupama feels deeply sorry for Prem. After tasting the food she prepared, Prem is struck with memories of Anupama.
