The episode begins with Rishabh reminding Bhagyshree that they are professionals and should complete the meeting before leaving. Bhagyshree agrees and asks the receptionist for separate rooms. The receptionist hands her the keys. Meanwhile, Nikhil, frustrated by the change in plan, thinks to himself, I had planned to take Bhagyshree with me, but how will I manage this now? He immediately starts plotting.
Elsewhere, Nysah is stunned to see the divorce papers. Shocked, she says, How could Rishabh send me divorce papers? She wonders, I was the one who separated Rishabh and Bhagyshree, then why is this envelope marked with Happy Homes as the sender’s address? Determined, she decides to confront him.
Back at the hotel, Nikhil deliberately bumps into a server, causing his phone to fall and break. He threatens to complain, but when the server pleads with him, Nikhil manipulates him into doing his bidding. He instructs him to mix peanut powder into Bhagyshree’s food—knowing her allergy—so he can later step in as a savior.
Meanwhile, Revati and Purab arrange a meeting between Padma and Gautham. Gautham apologizes for his son’s mistakes, acknowledging the pain caused, and says, We have a chance to reunite our families. Please accept Purab as your daughter’s partner. Rishabh has already lost Bhagyshree, and I don’t want Purab to lose his love. Revati supports him, adding that Purab’s love is true and genuine. Gautham then turns to Padma, saying, I know your husband gave his consent but not wholeheartedly. I want you to accept this alliance with your heart. After much thought, Padma agrees, assuring them that though it may take time, things will eventually be fine. Both Gautham and Purab feel relieved and happy with her acceptance.
At the same time, Bhagyshree prays tearfully, Why are you making me stay close to Rishabh when it only causes me pain? Just then, Rishabh calls her. Upset, she throws her phone away. Elsewhere, Purab distributes sweets to Padma, while she silently prays that Bhagyshree’s happiness remains intact.
Later, Bhagyshree unknowingly eats the salad mixed with peanut powder and begins to suffer an allergic reaction. Gasping for breath, she realizes she doesn’t have her medicine. Her condition worsens as Nikhil, waiting nearby for her to call out, grows restless. He phones her, pretending concern, and says, I thought of surprising you. I’m coming to pick you up. He hangs up, while Bhagyshree weakly stumbles to the door. As she opens it, she collapses into Rishabh’s arms. Alarmed, Rishabh carries her to his room and lays her on the bed.
Elsewhere, Vinay questions Karthik about the long list of guests from his side for the wedding. Karthik clarifies that the list belongs to Sowmya, but she wrote it under his name. Sowmya argues that her godh bharai will be celebrated along with the wedding. Vinay agrees, though Karthik points out that the Kapoor family already has a huge guest list. At that moment, Nysah arrives furiously and says, Rishabh sent me divorce papers just to marry your daughter, but I will not let that happen! She then notices the Kapoor nameplate outside Bhagyshree’s house and vows to stop the wedding.
Back in Rishabh’s room, Bhagyshree slowly regains consciousness and asks why she is there. Rishabh explains, You had an allergic reaction, and I gave you medicine. But why weren’t you careful about your health? Bhagyshree replies, I don’t know who added peanuts to my food. Rishabh insists he had nothing to do with it. Confused, Bhagyshree then asks how he had her medicine with him.
